The Optometrist Yatskevich was very helpful. But the positive experience with Vision Quest ends there. The staff can be unreasonable. Their charge for contact lenses was double what I would have paid if I ordered online. They only gave my prescription (it was suppose to be given after service was paid for — whether the patient asks for it or not!) only after I requested for it… and after the fact that I bought my lenses from them. Then, they denied verification for my prescription just because I opted to buy cheaper contact lenses online. What a rip-​off! Lesson learned… always ASK AND REQUEST a copy of your prescription cause YOU PAID FOR IT. And never ever buy your lenses form Vision Quest… buy online… the quality is exactly the same and definitely less costly! I will never return to that establishment and will tell all my friends plus relatives never to go to that eye center. RIPOFF!
Now, I was able to buy MORE contact lenses online and I am glad that I can choose to wear it as often or less than a month plus it’s at my disposal, not theirs.
