What happened to the customer service here the manager on duty Ari is oblivious to all her employees activities like talking on the cell phone (clearly personal) at the register, having a conversation amongst themselves while the line grows and customers look at them including a rep named Marisa. The only reason why I gave above a 1 was because the associate that helped me at the end was nice. I would mention her by name but she was the only one without a name tag.

Karina always waxes my kitten whiskers from my lip; Super quick and painless! Makeup applies a whole lot smoother without all the fuzz too. You dont get that cakey or wrinkled texture which is gross. I’ve noticed my lipstick doesnt feather or stain the outer edges since getting my lip waxed and I find that awesome. After all, who wants their makeup to look weird and messy? Not me!

My partner Mateo for years has had his brows threaded and today went to Karina at the Benefit Brow Bar to get his eyebrows shaped. He was impressed by her shaping skills and appreciated her suggestions and expertise. He highly recommends Karina and will be returning soon!

This is what my gf said: Omg karina gave my eyebrows life! She was so sweet and patient with my pesky eyebrows. I stopped waxing my eye brows at the manicure spots because the ladies would leave them messed up. I finally gave it another chance at this brow bar in sephora! Not only did she fix them, she also told me what to do to shape them. I highly recommend karina, she knows what she’s doing!

Eyebrows are important to me and just like most girls I don’t let just anyone mess with them. For the last few months I’ve been going to Zibas and always with the same lady but this past weekend I decided to give Benefit brow bar a try.
I walked into Sephora in search for eyebrow makeup that’s when I met Beka who helped me out. She mentioned how they had just opened a Benefit Brow Bar and shared with me a little bit of her eyebrow knowledge and that is when I decided to give it a try. She took her time to go over everything that was included with the service and mapping out and showing me how my eyebrows would look if I got them. So far the best decision I’ve made! Once she was done I took a look at them and was in LOVE ! I never thought my eyebrows would look so amazing. So amazing that my mom who doesn’t like to pay $ 12 at Zibas actually got her eyebrows done here! I DEFINITELY recommend asking for Beka! She’s really nice and beyond amazing with eyebrows!

I loved BEKA!!! This is the first time I have fell in love with my brows in a long time, I usually go to zeba but the last 2 time I hated them, it took me about 3 months to grow them out. So So So happy with the way BEKA did my brows I Just can’t wait to go back.

Becka was the best! She made miracles with my eyebrows! I will definitely be going back with her. She took her time with me and was very gentle :) ask for her if u plan on getting your brows done there! I loved mine and I’m sure you will too if you go with Becka, best customer service too!!!
