Club db Lounge

After the 3^rd fight that broke out in the club, I knew I was probably better off heading down the street to Norms for some breakfast. Had I known this is more like a backyard function where guys can wear sneakers and hats, I would have kept my tush home. Its spacious inside, looks beautiful… but aside from aesthetics, the people themselves can go for a face lift in their wardrobe and behavior. eh. Music was great tho, in both rooms. Which is why I can’t knock it fully.

Just awful rude security guards. Never coming back to this place. We were out celebrating my friend’s birthday. We were just chilling by out table that we reserved and next thing you know the security guard just comes over and says «You guys can’t be standing around just need to sit down or move from there. I just left right after i’ll rather go downtown or hermosa beach and get better quality service.

This place has it going on in my books. Interior is amazing and well set up as well the lighting too. Two dance floors, one playing hip hop and the other playing spanish music from Dj’s who from my perspective know how to get the people moving. Also 92.3 the beat featurs one of their DJ’s in the hip hop side giving away concert tickets and turning all the way up.
There’s two restrooms here, one near the entrance and one near the back exit plus two fully stocked bars as well. As for the atmosphere its way off the top and a very vibrant crowd that makes even a once in a while dancer leave wanting to come back every weekend to party it up. Lol
Parking is hard to come across so showing up early might improve your chances at this function. Oh yeah and there is a cover charge after 10pm of $ 10 for both male and female but dont doubt you wont mind once inside.

Last weekend was my first time visiting DB Lounge with My Girls for a ladies night out had a blast great Music good drinks. Worth the cover charge! Door and Security Quick and Chil. Looking foward to tonight!

Last Friday was my first and last time coming to this club. Why? Your securities are shit. Four of their securities attacked my dad for simply leaning on the couch while fixing his foot brace. LEANING! Not sitting, LEANING, for only a moment! He was told he couldn’t be there, and before my dad could even explain that he was just adjusting his foot brace, five of the securities ganged up on him and attacked him. Not only were they socking him, but they were kicking and stomping his face. He was left unconscious for a while until I called 911. They wouldn’t even listen to me while I cried and screamed to them to leave my dad alone! Who the fuck starts attacking a person with a foot brace for no good reason at all! And five of the motherfuckers attacking one man?! Also, pushing me violently while I scream to fucken stop and leave him alone? I am so disgusted! Fuck the man with the two braids and tear drop tattoo that violently attacked my dad as well as the four other assholes! Not only did they attack my dad, but another man and his gf. Mind you, they dragged the girl out of the club. DRAGGED! While she had a dress on! What kind of securities are these people?! They also tried to steal my dad’s $ 1500 watch while attacking him and my purse thinking we were too drunk to function. This was horrible! my dad had to go to the hospital and we spent the whole night there. I don’t know what type of business this place is running, but this place needs to be shutdown because of how violently the securities attack innocent people just to stir up a conflict or to try to rob them! Fuck this place. The securities were most likely on drugs or drinking themselves. There will be major consequences to what they did to my dad! The most horrible experience of my life! Can’t wait for your karma! If you’ve been a victim of assault by these «security guards,» come forward. What they’re doing is a crime and is unacceptable.
I’ve noticed the business is creating many fake profiles or having people affiliated with the business comment good reviews in order to bring my review down and save themselves. However, there is nothing they can comment to justify the brutal beatings we experienced by their security team. It’s very sad and disappointing that they don’t care about their customer’s safety.

Came here about a few weeks ago with a group of friends and this was our third time there. After going a few times and giving this place a few chances to redeem itself, I came to realize that this would never happen. As we waited outside to go in the security guards were giving everyone a hard time. They were all acting like tough sh*t and were on a major power trip. They were ganging up on a guy that simply couldnt find his wallet and, without any warning, pushed him to the floor and kicked him and his girlfriend out before they even went in. They took the cover charge for both of them and didnt even give it back. Needless to say, we felt very uncomfortable and left soon after. The security is one of the major problems with this club. Dont bother wasting time and money at this place. There is a reason a lot of people are giving this dump horrible reviews.

I frequent DB lounge couple times a month, great place to hang out with my buddies and have fun, WHERE WE CAN ACTUALLY FEEL SAFE FROM WEIRDOES; security is pretty good and tight, keeping everybody where they need to be after they’re drunk and not able to handle their liquor-​not a good place for drunks and bad attitudes.
FYI: There’s always nice chicks in this place to dance with and hook up for a later time.

DB lounge boucers are full of shit.
They told us they trying to be more strict on dress code. My 2 guys I showed up with had on casual dressy clothes and they didn’t let us in

This was my first time here and I honestly thought I’d enjoy it cause it look fun when I drove passed it, however, I was very disappointed!
My friends and I got there around 11ish and there was a $ 15 cover charge, which we didn’t mind paying, however, once you are in, you can’t go back out or they’ll make you pay to go back inside.
One of my friends had accidentally forgotten to lock her car and she asked one of the security guards in the back if she could just step out to lock it, since the car wasn’t too far. This guy happened to be the owner and the rudest guy in the club!!! He’s response to her answer was «if you step out then you’re gonna have to pay again to go back in and if you don’t want to then just go home! Either way I don’t care what you do!» It wasn’t his response what made us automatically leave! It was his attitude and unprofessionalism! I get it you’re the owner! But at least have some respect when you talk to others! He could have being a little more polite, but clearly all he cared about was taking money from people!
If I could give zero stars I would! This place is super ghetto and clearly the owner doesn’t care about customer service! rude and disrespectful!!! Don’t ever want to spend my money at this place!

So here it goes I recently Celebrated my Birthday at Club db Lounge 2 weekends ago my Friend told me about this Place contacted Erin for Bottle Service Information and Booked it! Didn’t have to Wait in Line, already Loving! Erin at the Front entrance escorted my party to my VIP Section, the Place is Huge! Very nicely Decorated and spacious seating for bottle service area! Had a party of about 15 guests! Had my bottle brought out with a Light Up Cake, music was Great all night! Drinks were just as Good, didn’t have to wait much long at the bar to get my drinks, I noticed they have 2 bars, patio for smoking and 2^nd room mostly played Spanish. Overall I had an amazing Experience from this Venue! I will definately be back to party! Oh by the way if it’s your bday you also get a champagne if you’re there before 10pm.

Been here a few times n I always have a good time. Two rooms, good music, drinks are mixed right atmosphere is great, outside patio, big parking lot in the back so u don’t have to walk to much in heels. the bathrooms are decent. Recommend it if u don’t want to drive far to LA this is my pick

Had a blast. Went for the first time last Saturday to see Eric Bellinger perform and decided to do bottle service. Was contacted by Erin and she took care of everything for us. A nice mix of people and no drama. I did notice that they can be very strict especially when it comes to leaving and re-​entering. Will be back for sure!!!

This is probably one of the best lounges I’ve been to so far! Great atmosphere! Awesome club experience! 2 dance floors, 1 had all the good Spanish music and the 2^nd larger floor had all the top 40s, rap, hip hop, trance, techno whatever you listened to they played it! The guys were very good looking as well but shy! Had a blast so I will return! The cover charger was great, the drinks were too and most of all. you’re not harassed by the bouncers!
Shout out to the lady in the women’s restroom! She’s the real MVP always made sure the place was kept clean!

Celebrated my birthday here with a pretty large group. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to go for my bday. Came across DB lounge on Unilocal.Seeing all the great review and photos I was sold. I text the number asking for additional information on table and bottle service. I instantly received a text back with all the answers to my questions. Went ahead and reserved the table. You pay when you arrive with your party. We got there after 10 pm so there was a cover charge but not for the bday girl :) we were escorted to the table and handed a large lit up menu with all the bottle options and pricing. We went with tequila. The girls brought it out on ice and several shot glasses and limes for us. The music and vibe was amazing. The décor was better than I expected. Music was loud and good. Had us dancing all night. We had a great time. I would definitely go back. Thanks for a great birthday!

This place gets lit.
Bouncers were nice and I didn’t have any problems. Getting drinks at the bar was super easy but some people stand close to the bar and aren’t in line so just make your way to the bar. Drinks were poured well and got my money worth. Music was good but some songs were replayed at about 1 a.m. good thing because I was exhasuted already from dancing all night.
The tables looked cool if you get bottle service.
10 dollar cover is not bad at all! I got there at 1030.

For whatever reason they wouldn’t let me in. I asked who the promoter was, and was directed to him. I asked him if he knew may promoters as I know quite a few, because I have been clubbing for 18yrs. The point was to try and see if I could get in half off or something. He immediately says we don’t like promoters, and I said I am not a promoter, and how much was it to get in? He said $ 10 which I thought was fair. So I tried to pay to get in, and he looked at me again as said we don’t like promoters… I said I wasn’t a promoter and still asked me to leave… I will never understand what happened, this is the weirdest experience clubbing so far… The one star for I spent all my time looking for a new spot, drove from Anaheim… and then only to end up going home… *******.

From the street, it does not look like much, do not let it fool you. Parking is in the back.
We came here for a friend’s birthday on a Saturday night. First time here, it was free before 10:00 and like $ 15 after. Walked in through the doors and boom there is the dance floor with the dj on the left and the bar in the back. I thought that was it, but if you walk up more, there is an even bigger dance floor on the right, which is the main attraction. A nice big dance floor with a lot of room to shake ya booty, with another bar and tables for bottle service.
The music was good, the drink prices are just like every club, the atmosphere was poppin, and I am really impressed that a place like this is in Downey. It never got too hot, the air flows nice with the high ceilings.
Later in the night they have the fog machine going, and at one point of the night, they let confetti rain down on us. I was impressed and our group had a great time.
I would come again.

As part of my venture into latin clubs, we came to this spot in Downey. We parked at the rear of the building, and walked around to the front. The line was long, but we worked our magic and skipped the better part of it. Cover was $ 10, and it was well worth it. The clubs has a clean, contemporary décor. There are two dance floors, and the music is a mix of hip hop and latin music in both. There is a smoking area with plenty of seating, and we sat down here for a bit to enjoy our drinks and people-​watch.
The drinks were reasonably priced, and the crowd had a quite a bit of eye candy. This club has a younger crowd when compared to Giggles in Glendale, and the crowd was more aesthetically pleasing. We didn’t stay long, as this was the start of our bar hopping for the night. But I will be back here another day.
