Hot Topic

I’m a regular customer at this store because I love the merchandise and its the closest Hot Topic to me. Today, I went to go do some Christmas shopping and they had «Almost Everything! Buy one get one 50% off!» deal. Since I was on a tight budget, I wanted to make sure the 2 pieces I got was part of the deal. I went to the closest employee to me and since he was stocking I said «Excuse me, could you check these for me to make sure they are part of the buy one get one 50% off deal?» and he looked at me like I was stupid and said «uhhhh everything is buy one get one 50% off» so I just said thank you and got in line. The guy at the counter seriously made my Hot Topic experience today so much better! When I got to the counter he greeted me, asked if i found everything ok, and was so friendly and helpful. I was close to getting the $ 15 Hot Topic buck that they give for every $ 30 purchase so him being a HELPFUL CASHIER, he got a $ 2 more sale out of me. Anyway, I’m not going to name the guy that was rude to me but i will name the guy that saved this customer from going to a different hot topic store and his name was RYAN. RYAN was awesome! The other guy (Mr. white hair & nose ring), every customer counts. just saying…

I’m surprised no one reviewed this Hot Topic yet!
Everyone knows what Hot Topic is so I won’t bore you with the usual stuff. However, this Hot Topic has a friendly staff and they always seem to be pretty well stocked.
