HIT&MISS. This Subway use to be good when they first opened. The staff & management were really friendly & on top of EVERYTHING. But over the years, and SEVERAL staff & management changes, this store has slowly got worse. Today I got a not so friendly employee. I try to avoid this store if I can.

Got here and the staff didn’t even greet me. The girl ran out of chipotle southwest and was in the back for like 2 minutes. pretty sure you had bottles ready since I saw them myself. Once she returned she didn’t even apologize for making me wait or smile because she was too busy talking to her coworkers and making his sandwich. Maybe she was having a bad day and didn’t want to work. – fake it till you make it because you do not represent this company well.

Got here 30 min ago. My hubby and I were the only ones here ordering. Not busy at all. The guy literally took 30 min to make our sandwiches while the other 2 girls made a catering order of 15 sándwiches that got there after us. I mean the job is not hard at all. Don’t be afraid of filling it with all that good stuff man. Just throw it in ! lol but for real, this guy is to slow or maybe just needs to stop being afraid of making the sandwich. Feel confident. I’m pretty sure you’ll do better if u do. I’m not going to add ur name here cuz I’m pretty sure u know who u are. Imagine if I was To go while on my break, my break would of been over. Tip: just be faster and feel more confident about your job

Definitely going back to this Subway, had an excellent experience. The employees and the manager, I believe her name is Elva, were very pleasant. my visit was fast but yet friendly and got my order right the first time which was surprising. The food was fresh and the service is wonderful.

Been coming to this location for the better part of the beginning of this year and I can honestly say that this location has improved. Yes I’ve noticed new employees but yet the management skills compared to before are way better. Employees are more knowledgeable and confident. AAAAA++++++ All around

I went into this subway a while back after using the app to order. That was cool, but they forgot to add the bacon and avocado I paid for. The team was polite and quick when I picked up my food. So I couldn’t complain about that. Then I emailed and the issue. I was contacted promptly. I was offered compensation for the error. I went in, without using the app(slightly because I was skeptical, and I have a new phone-haven’t downloaded much yet). The second visit, the team was really friendly. Food was great, and I got my avocado and bacon!!!

I’ve been coming here for a while. Melissa and Amanda are our favorite people!(and the reason why we would come here sometimes). but today(March 21st) I was appalled by the rude conduct ELVA had! Apparently she is a new manager? I don’t know why because she was extremely unprofessional and I feel the need to have it known to the public. She was belittling employees and demanding respect and bursting with orders… all while not lifting a finger to help. My family and I were disgusted! We will not come here while ELVA is in charge… I will not support Subway for putting someone like her in charge.

Worst management skills ever, they did not want to charge me a difference of a juice on a combo. And forced me to waste my lunch time at this location. Cause in this situation the customer was wrong on a 30cents difference. They want me to buy the juice and the soda cup.

The sandwiches are pretty good here. It is a franchise chain name, so the food is consistent with the other Subways. I did read on a previous review about the staff not smiling or being friendly. I’ve always had decent attitudes from the staff. I really don’t have the ultimate high expectations from the workers, since they appear to be High School students working an after school job. When I see it that way, I don’t mind if they don’t smile. I would rather see them working than seeing them cause trouble or painting graffiti.

well, its subway. that pretty much sums up the food. I am writing this as a review of the staff there. They are useless morons. Robots who just take your order and do a poor job at that. none of these people have any motivation, energy or personality. they have poor listening skills, they never smile, and they don’t reciprocate your friendliness. No matter how nice I am or outgoing I am they just zone out and make your sandwich. Those poor kids, they are clearly miserable. Just trying to make a buck. but why should I have to put up with their crappy attitudes? I don’t.

I love sandwiches, even Subway sandwiches. This place has good service, they give you tips on what to get, and you get your sandwich fast. Having a Subway on the corner has made it possible for me to eat out and not resort to Taco Bell or burgers. I’m mostly posting this because it wasn’t listed before now, but I do actually recommend this particular Subway.
