My company hired Computek to work on one of our projects. Days later after seeing how proficient they were we decided to hire them to do the rest of the projects we had in construction. Overall I would have to say they did an amazing and clean job. I have recommended them to more people and am happy to write them this positive review. We recently hired UScomputek to complete the installation of our office fiber lines. We worked directly with Humberto and he came out to visit and walk our office as an initial free consultation. He clearly walked us through the options and the different types of products in the market and explained how the process would work. After he left, he provided us with a bid for the job and did not charge us extra for our switch and hard goods because he explained anyone can go on Amazon and purchase these items, so why would he charge extra… this was a big plus in building trust. After providing the proposal, he did not give us a hard sale or a deadline to agree or else the price would go up. After doing our due diligence in the market, even asking friends for favors, we found his pricing and guarantees to be the best option available.
We signed the agreement and scheduled the job with him. He showed up on time and even brought an extra worker with him so they could get the job done faster and not distract us from our business. The work done was very clean and professional. No wires sticking out of random places. He was adamant on making the appearance look clean and professional. After the work was completed and our internet service provided installed their fiber line, Humberto came back at no additional charge to make sure the cables and service was working properly. Overall, we are very satisfied and will refer him anytime.
