Wish I could give this place zero stars. Very crooked company. I purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute package they had available. Called to schedule it and they said they’re booked and my Groupon’s going to expire. They are still selling the Groupon. So basically taking advantage of people making them pay for the Groupon and then realizing they won’t honor it. Sure the amount I paid for the Groupon they will honor but what’s the point of that. I work a job that I am on my feet for more than 12 hours and I go to massage envy twice a month. I was looking forward to trying the new place but this place will not receive any more of my money. ** groupon at least is a good company. They credited my groupon account the amount I paid. As you can see they posted a response to this. All of their response is untrue. They never offered me an appointment, tried to move clients around?(That is obviously a lie. What customer would go for having their appointment moved) and groupon didn’t refund me because the spa was«kind» enough. I actually only received a credit on my groupon account to use on other groupons. This groupon was still available as of last week but according to the spa it hadn’t been available for some time. Their response shows their character and I am grateful I never stepped foot in their doors.

I got a gift for a facial and massage that I didn’t use until a few months ago. I got an email from this place the other day and remembered the massage. I didn’t care for it. I went with a friend and we both had the same type of experience. We both LOVED our facials… but the massage was very odd. I would never go there for a massage again because the masseuse was tired and red in the face afterward. Plus, I woke up the next morning with such a sore neck, I could hardly move! Not what I would expect after getting a massage the day before. The reason for the 3 stars was because of the amazing facial. I could have fallen asleep during that!

It’s been a few months since I came here. I initially meant to review, but it slipped my mind. While looking today for a highly rated spa for a facial, I came across this and felt the need to share my experience. I came for a special which included a free eyebrow wax with a facial. I confirmed on the phone that the facial would be an hour and the eyebrow wax would not cut into that time. That was not a true statement. The eyebrow wax took approximately 20 minutes, which in itself was annoying. She did a decent job though. She then proceeded to do my facial. I was completely done and out paying in a total of 50 minutes. When I questioned this, the owner told me that it was cut short because I stated I had sensitive skin. Huh? I’ve had many facials in my time and having sensitive skin was never a reason to cut me short. Actually, the reason I was cut short was because the esthitician had to go to her next job. I know this because she apologized before leaving the room and told me the reason. I wish my experience had been better. I loved the product(Osea), but I felt like I was short changed. Even more bothersome was the owner trying to tell me it was because I have sensitive skin. Maybe I should have only been charged half then? So, I continue to look for the perfect spa for facials. :)
