A great place to call «home». The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to our needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are kept clean every day. The workout rooms are open 24/​/​7 and are rarely crowded. The grounds are well kept and lovely with the occasional deer and bunnies making a cameo. I love the convenience of the DART service and well lit parking. I live alone here and could not feel safer with the staff and common area ²⁴⁄₇ surveillance. A beautiful neighborhood to boot with parks and trails and the DART hourly busing service.” New owners are updating the Apartments and facilities too. Highly recommend. Pet friendly too boot !!!

I was one of the first tenants who moved in when they changed it to renting to all ages. I paid $ 680 which was totally appropriate for my apartment size. It was a studio, less than 600 sq feet but it was perfect for just me. The price is the only positive thing I can say…
#1. The snow removal was HORRIBLE! Or I should say there was no snow removal and the guy sitting in the plow truck sat there and watched me struggle to get out of my parking spot. Side walks were never salted.
#2. There was a leak in the middle of the night above my apartment. I was awaken and scares shitless by BANGING on my door at 1am-​4am. No call. Just banging. After the leak, there was a small water mark on my wall. A couple days later, it was painted over, which is fine, BUT someone entered my apartment without permission while I was at work. I wouldn’t have known, expect for the fact that there were things moved around and not put back in their place.
#3. Poor communication since they installed a system where I could let people in the front door by pressing a button on my phone instead of having to come all the way down every time I had a guest. I found out from dominoes delivery guy who asked me why my extension doesn’t work at the main door to let him in.
#4. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are CHEAP! You would have no idea just looking at them, but my powder that I use on my face stained the countertop in the vanity in the bathroom. Just Powder… That should not happen. And forget about cooking without staining anything. Spaghetti sauce ruined the counter next to the stove.
