I grew up here and Doug started cutting my hair before he had his own place. Moving back here after almost 30 years, the first thing I did was make an appointment to see Doug. I won’t waste space echoing the comments of the other five-​star reviewers, but would only add that I’m happier with my hair than I have been in decades. Thanks, Doug!

Doug is the best. He has been cutting my hair for about 35 years. In these days when everyone wants to be a stylist; Doug is the ultimate barber. He knows exactly how to cut my hair when no one else can figure it out. I have from time to time drifter to others to cut my hair while I was in college or traveling and it is never right; they all tell me my hair is difficult to cut… not Doug. He is very reasonable, bordering on cheap and the guy is a terrific conversationalist and is a great way to keep up to date on Doylestown news…

I just have to review Doug’s Place.
Doug has been cutting my brother’s hair since he was 5 years old — and he’s over 30 now.
His home-​like setting in Doylestown is a great place.
I hope he never retires.
