I went to Carousel for my wedding flowers and was completely floored by their work. Not only do they meet with you before hand to show you a trail arrangement, but they are extremely professional and provide clear notes/proposal on what it is you want — leaving very little room for misunderstandings. I wanted all succulents which I found to be way over my budget (and I shopped around for flowers) however Maryann accommodated my request by making fantastic suggestions that ended up making breathtaking bouquets and fabulous center pieces while still accommodating my wish for succulent arrangements. I would recommend Carousel Flowers to anyone that is looking for something out of the ordinary at a very reasonable price.

I used to live in Dtown, I thought when I lived nearby, ‘what a cute floral shop!’ I think it is but the prices are a bit high, which I noticed when I considered purchasing a small poinsettia and when family told me how high the price was for a small bouquet. Don’t get me wrong, the bouquet was beautiful in a glass vase with a pretty bow but it seemed overpriced. Also, the customer service was a bit hit or miss. I was quite put off when I went to apply for a job there and the conversation seemed awkward. I will say though, they do have very pretty flowers and plants but for a very pretty penny!

For the past several years, I’ve been a very satisfied customer of Carousel Flowers. I frequently order flowers, and I’m always impressed with their arrangements, style, and customer service. I’ve ordered flowers for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and sympathy. One of my friends even used them for her wedding flowers, and was quite pleased! Their work is very tasteful and professional. Being that I’m not always able to see the arrangements I order if they’re being delivered, I’m so glad I’ve found a florist I can count on. Highly recommend.

OK, I am going to be generous and give Carousel Flowers (the NEW Carousel Flowers) 3 stars. If it were the old owner, Frank Grau — I would give him 1 or even ZERO Stars.)
Years & Years ago — as a young tween/teen I worked for Frank Grau’s Carousel Flowers and he was a complete jerk to me. It got so bad I had to have my dad come with me when I quit (I was probably 13 years old).
Before that I had worked at a different florist (a few of them, actually) in Doylestown and had a great experience. My goal back then was to become a floriculturist.
In any case, it was a learning experience — and it is amazing that even after 2 location changes, Carousel Flowers is still there.
