Doylestown Fruit and produce needs to step up there game. They are new owners since early summer, but they need inventory in the store. No fruit on a Saturday(ridiculous) except for brown bananas, rotten pineapples and old raspberries. Sad I frequent this store twice a week, but I need to shop elsewhere. I tried on several occasions, but it hasn’t improved.

I love it here… been going for years. The staff is so laid back & helpful with anything you need. They’re always packed…& that’s for obvious reasons! My dad bought me yellow roses 4⁄14 and they literally just died three days ago… that’s 3 weeks! And they were absolutely beautiful too! Great selection, price and service– totally satisfied customer. Thanks D-town Produce, keep it going!

This place is worth it. I’ve never had on-the-verge-of-rotten or poor quality produce from here! The only thing«stale» sometimes are the flowers. Anyway, everything here is super cheap and they have a huge variety. The only downside is that they bundle items, so you might have to buy 7 cucumbers instead of 1 or 2. It’s good for most items, but I don’t solely buy my produce here. Also, randomly, they sell decorations around the holidays.

Not worth it, in my opinion. Yes, prices are lower a few things, but so is the quality! And no organics! The green beans are always woody. Yuck. It is not a bargain if you have to toss it all in the garbage. The quality on some of it appears to be second-rate. Cheaper in price but not always the same quality. Plus, no reciept, they add it all up in their heads… mistakes happen. Parking is very difficult here. Best to park a bit down the road whereever you can find a spot and walk that little ways. It’s often difficult and dangerous to back out of the lot.

Unlike Rachel, I was/am not thrilled with the D-town produce outlet. yes — the prices are low — but often the fruit(berries & grapes especially) is what I call, «eat now or forever hold your peace». Meaning it is about 16 hours away from becoming rotten. Be very careful not to over buy here or you will end up throwing away alot of over-ripe produce. Crowded on weekends and«after work» dead the rest of the week — check them out on a Tuesday or Wednesday AM when it’s dead-empty.

Wow! This produce stand has great prices! $ 1.50 for five navel oranges. You can really stretch your money here! This is a great place for a vegetarian to shop at. The only down side is parking. There’s only enough room for about 10 cars. I arrived a little after 5 pm and it was packed. When I left, no one was there so try to go late in the day. Even if you have to find street parking it’s worth it.
