Honestly, both guys we worked with at Doylestown Floor Covering went out of their way to help us. They scheduled a home consultation with less than 1 day’s notice, lent us out their sample boards, stayed open so we could return the boards, worked up 3 different quotes while I was being indecisive, etc etc. We ended up going in another direction but the customer service here truly is great. There is some review below that they are «not interested in small jobs.» We were asking them for only 2 rooms of a house, incl 1 quite small room, about 10×11, and their customer service was still exemplary. If you want help and attention from a local business, check them out.

Plan to spend a lot of money. Not interested in small jobs even with customer that spent $ 15K over several years. Not even a return call to say not interested. Very disappointing and short sighted on their part; will not recommend them going forward.

I had my hardwood floor refinished in September 2012, and Andy was extremely courteous and professional. I highly recommend Doylestown Floor covering as a respected, local business.
