I can’t recommend this shop highly enough. We were in PA last weekend for a wedding and needed to find a place to help us wrap a wedding gift (a remarkably challenging task, surprisingly enough). After calling around to a half-dozen other places, and getting no help, we called Michelle’s Hallmark and the owner, Susan, simply told us, «Come on in and we’ll figure it out.» Figure it out she did. She helped us pick out a photo frame for the final item in our gift pack and then wrapped everything and placed it into a beautiful, and elegant, gift bag. Mission accomplished, wedding crisis averted. This is what customer service is all about.
