AA Hebert & Sons Movers

After receiving quotes from several area moving companies, I decided to utilize Hebert & Sons, as their quote was significantly lower than most. They had no negative reviews online, and seemed like a reputable company.
I was told the movers would arrive between 1 and 1:30 PM. However, they did not arrive until 5 PM, almost FOUR HOURS after expected. Communication was horrendous thorughout the afternoon. I attempted to call Hebert & Sons for updates several times (on a cell number that had been provided), and they did not pick up their phone. I left numerous voicemails requesting udpates, and none were returned. When I was finally able to connect, the information they provided was untrue– they said they would be an hour or so late (when in reality they were 4 hours late). It was abundantly clear that they simply did not want to lose my business that afternoon, and opted to string me along with lies rather than tell the truth.
This was a nightmare of an experience. Hebert & Sons is an extraordnarily unprofessional company, and I would not recomend them to anyone.
Note: I will say that once they actually arrived they were efficient and professional, but everything that led up to their arrival far outweighs the actual service provided.

Thanks to Frank and David for their excellent service today. They showed up on time, and were friendly and professional. Their prices are UNBEATABLE, I shopped around and their estimate was much lower than other moving companies in the area. Setting up the details of the move was quick and easy and they were fast with their emails getting back to me. I would recommend them to ANYONE. They are hardworkers who didnt stop for a second, and they took great care of my things. Made my entire move from start to finish STRESS FREE.
