Everytime I come here it takes forever just to get my coffee. Today I’ve waited 10 minutes after ordering in line for 2 coffees and a wake up wrap only one car ahead of me, when we got up to the window the tops of my coffees were covered and it split on me, also we had to pull around front and wait another 5 minutes for the wakeup wrap. All amd all it took about 15 minutes to get those 3 things and our coffees werent even correct tbey neglected to put the flavorings into them as requested. Unfortunately I was had to get to worcester for a concert so I couldnt go in to fix the issue. This location either needs to be staffed better or management needs to crack down on their employees

I ordered a medium iced macciato this morning and i asked for it dark. It tastes like milk with a hint of coffe flavor not espresso. Im pretty sure they just put coffee on top of the milk and charged me 4 dollars

The workers need to pay attention to there customers order, there prices are to high and there ice coffee is watered down, its not just this one either, i dont even go anymore, not worth it

Convenient on my way to work but always a long line in the morning and they consistently get my orders wrong, I end up getting different sandwiches or things I didn’t even order. I want to recommend it but after 3 consecutive trips with my order being messed up I’m no longer going here, I’ll hit up the one on Pawtucket Blvd.
