Dunkin’ Donuts

I have absolutely had it with this place! Waiting over 15 minutes for a coffee and a bagel is insane. Then the coffee is wrong and no cream cheese. I park, go in, and the punk says, do you have a receipt. Nope, just walked in here because I want to eat cream cheese — seriously? The manager is standing behind the idiot and her eyes are like a deer in headlights — absolutely clueless. Have sat in the drive thru for over 10 minutes at a time sometimes longer — I get to the window and they are all laughing and chatting, no worries, I’ll wait — I don’t have anything else in the world to do. I’ve never seen such poor management and lack of customer service in my life!!! TAKE DUNKINS DOWN AND PUT UP HEAVENLY DONUTS — they are amazing with there knowledge, professionalism, and quickness. Listen DD — It’s NOT that hard!!! Figure it out or move out!!!

What the heck has happened to this place. Their customer service used to be decent. Lately, it’s been a train wreck. Disorganized. The slowest FOUR PEOPLE on register. My order is never right. I always need to explain what I want. I also need to get my order remade. If you get the short «rain man» lady, forget about it. Ling lines almost out the door. Drive thru lines to the street. It’s not that it’s popular, it’s because they are SO SLOW! Pick up the pace people!

Ever since the renovated this place it has been an absolute $hit Show. I was there today and the line was almost out the door and traffic was backed up, quite dangerously I add, onto Lakeview Avenue. There was only one girl working the register and an upper level manager telling people what to get him while he assembles the sandwiches — absolutely horrible management in my opinion. The employees, are always swearing and fighting with one and other.
How they do business makes no sense: Wait in line to place your order and pay — then — go wait in another line for your food. This is ridiculous — anyone that wants just a coffee would be better suited getting a Green Mountain from the convenience store across the street — see you there because this is what I will be doing from now on.

My go to Dunkin Donuts when i’m visiting home because I’ve never had to wait at the drive through. I think because it’s a smaller Dunkin, not many people go to this one.. ..
