Dunkin’ Donuts

Every morning i go there to get my coffee. been going there for over 8 yrs. staff are awesome. polite and greetable. very clean.love this dunkins and i love everything about it.

Caramel swirl scam… I don’t usually want to ask for «extra» caramel but sometimes you have too because it seems certain dunks skimp on the caramel and I don’t like regular ice coffee so i wan’t to taste the sweet. Well this particular dunks charges extra if you ask for extra caramel even if it sucks and you ask them to fix it. It seems like every time I go there they skimp on the caramel and it almost seems like they do it so you can ask for more and they’ll say they have to charge you. No more going to that dunks… whoever owns that franchise is a cheap skate.

im pretty sure this is the only dunkins within a 30 mile radius of dracut that seems to actually hire people that have customer service skills.
everytime i go i am pleasently greeted by the operator at the drive thru.
«welcome to dunkin donuts this is sophia what can i get for you today?» she says. as i order my families breakfast before a busy day at work and school she politely asks me if i would like to try some hash browns for only 1 $, which is an offer i always seem to succumb to. «yes please!» i say.
Sophia tells me my total and reminds me to pull up to the following window where she greets me with a kind smile and my families breakfast. her transactions at the drive thru window are as smooth as butter. she takes my debit card and at the same time hands me my 2 iced coffees.
as she quietly retreats to the opposite side to retrieve my mornings breakfast and swipe my card, i see other employees happily making all of the bustling commuters morning meals. I even see the large brick oven that sophia so tenderly cooked my egg and cheese croissant in.
as i depart the parking lot, a small tear of happiness fell off of my cheek and onto the box of munchkins i had bought my children. It was at this moment that i realized i had to tell my family about my adventure to the dunkin donuts across the street and the tantalizing customer service experience.
we rejoiced at the breakfast table where we enjoyed a wholesome, organic, fat free breakfast and thanked sophia for making it all possible.
