Like others have mentioned, it’s a small one man shop, but Bill is amazing and just wants his customers to be happy with their purchases and will do whatever he can to make that happen. He is patient and thorough and never tries to oversell you or make you feel like an idiot for not being super bike savvy. I recommend him to anyone who asks!

As stated by other reviewers, he’s a great guy who knows his stuff. I bought a low-​end mountain bike from him ($ 400) and within the first week the front shocks went. He gave me an upgrade worth $ 100 because it was all he had in the shop at the time and he wanted to take care of it right then.

The owner is amazing and could probably answer any question you could come up with about bikes.
I already own a bike and this shop tuned my bike, replaced the seat and did some gear work.
My hubby chose a brand new bike and pretty much customized the whole thing with the help of the owner.
Not once did the owner try to up-​sale he just genuinely wanted him to be happy with his purchase.
We will absolutely be bringing our bikes back there — for needed tune — ups and such.
The only downside is that it is a bit small of a bike shop — but the personal attention you receive goes above and beyond!

I walked into the barely-​lit store looking for a hybrid bike. Upon hearing my request, the owner stated he didn’t really sell many hybrids. Then he showed me the only hybrid he had… a Globe that was obviously larger than what I needed. Then he asked me what I’d user it for. I replied that I’d be cruising it around and occasionally take it off-​road. Suddenly he started on a long and wild diatribe about how hybrid buyers always end-​up coming back a week later with a broken wheel because they taken them off cliffs or whatever and accuse him of selling them the wrong bike. Even after I tried to clarify that, by «off-​road», I meant dirt paths, he continued ranting and raving. He seemed angry that I had the gall to even come into the store.

Great bike shop! One man show. sells only Specialized. but the service is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and takes good care of his customers
