Negative Stars! Paid $ 2500 for mismatched front veneers. They are a different color than the rest of my teeth! After an excruciating painful appointment where they shaved off my real teeth and I was in tears, they put on the wrong color. I will never forget the dentist saying «oh no, these don’t match». I was in so much pain and upset and I ran out. Then their billing department hounded me over $ 78 balance… after I paid $ 2500 for MISMATCHED TEETH. They are awful. I’m tired of the harassment and it’s not worth my credit score being damaged, so I told them, I’ll pay the $ 78, but I will take to social media and let everyone know they are AWFUL. Wish google would let me post a picture of my mismatched teeth! RUN RUN RUN to another dentist.

I have just had fillings done at this office this morning and had two injections, one top and one bottom. Dr. Thompson did an amazing job. The injections were painless. Jess, the dental assistant, was so nurturing and kind. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office!

After 1 yr of having every tooth sensitivity with my new crown that Apex replaced I had a regular check up at a different office in the valley. One X-​ray and they know why, the crown that Apex put on did not cover my entire tooth leaving part of the original tooth they trimmed down exposed. After showing this X-​ray to Apex they agreed to replace the crown as a ‘gift’ to me (yet still charging me $ 375). I suffered similar sensitivities with this crown and requested X-​rays be sent. This crown is worse than the first one they messed. Apex agreed to refund my $ 375, however will not compensate for the 1st crown. I cannot recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a crown done (2 times wrong).
