Elase Medical Spas

I love going to elase medical spa to get my hair removed. A lot of the places I have been the laser really hurts my skin but here it feels good and doesn’t burn. The people that do your treatments are also super friendly and great. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I signed up for the 18 month under arm hair removal plan. The further in I got the more I voiced my concern over the fact that I still had a lot of hair left on my pits. I kept getting told not to worry that it would all be gone at the end of the 18 months. With 3 treatments left I voiced again that I was really concerned. The girl turned the laser up a notch and said that «should help». With two treatments left I mentioned with much more force that I still had more then half the hair I started with and that I was pretty much out of time. Which is when the girl told me that they wouldn’t allow me to book any more treatments and that if I had a problem with how much hair was left that I would just have to pay for more treatments out of pocket. Too bad, so sad for me was their attitude and they flat out refused to speak to me when I called a few times after to ask about options since I didn’t get what was promised. At no time was I rude or mean in any way. I wasted 18 months and over $ 500 on hair removal treatments and I still have to shave every day. Very disappointing, esp when they were unwilling to make it right.

I have been going to Elase-​Draper for skin care for almost a year and I am really impressed with their quality of service, great staff and the level of knowledge of the nurses and estheticians. Shari, APRN is especially fantastic. When I moved to SLC I was worried I wouldn’t find a medical spa that was comparable to the great place I went to previously. I feel lucky that a friend referred me to Elase, because they have exceeded my expectations.

I enjoy Elase and felt their prices were far superior to Ideal. Right of of the freeway and good parking. The facility is a very beautiful and clean. Staff is great and helpful too. I’d like to know if my skin care specialist is not going to be with whom I scheduled with but it was an easy fix for that

The experience I’ve had with Elase is absolutely amazing. I was a little nervous to go in and get my laser hair removal treatment done, but the whole staff is so friendly and helpful and professional, that all my nerves calmed down instantly upon arrival. Mary Kate was super professional and is obviously very good at her job– she had me in and out of there pretty quick.
They’re also very good about setting up monthly payment plans for treatments as well, so it makes it super affordable for just about anyone.
I would recommend Elase to anyone looking to get treatment done. They are simply the best!

The laser hair removal is excellent! The results are pretty good (knowing you can never fully eliminate hair growth)! I got a great package deal– they always have good sales and promotions. Scheduling can be tough in the winter months, because they are so popular, but that’s a good thing in my eyes.
Heidi is one of the best! She is super sweet, does an amazing job, and is very knowledgable. Mary Kaye did a great job of working with me on my appointments and the customer service is excellent! The laser machines are state-​of-​the-​art and it’s practically painless when you have the cold air setting on! I always appreciate seeing the friendly front-​desk staff.
After living on the east coast and seeing some of the medical spas out here, I can say without a doubt that Elase is one of the nation’s best. The services offered, environment, staff, and affordable pricing make it an all-​around winner.

I have had several different treatments at Elase – usually at this location (lots of parking and right off a freeway exit). Their waiting area and treatment rooms are clean and comfortable.
The staff members are great with scheduling appointments, explaining procedures and working out payment plans.
Their products are awesome! My teenagers have seen improvement after using their recommended skincare regiments.
I love their chemical peels. I was nervous at first, but it really helped my skin texture. Didn’t hurt at all and the redness went away quickly.
I had several laser skin lightening treatments on my face, shoulders, neck and chest. Honestly, it was a little painful (hot and stung) and I blistered after one of the three or four treatments, but it made a huge difference overall evening out my skin tone. I had freckles and brown spots that were noticeably lightened. My skin is super sensitive (I am a redhead) so I needed lots of help. I am more careful using sunscreen and staying out of the sun as much as possible.
I haven’t been there for awhile and still have credit on my account, so I will schedule some more procedures.

This place is one of the best medical spas in Utah. I was really nervous and skeptical going in so I went w my best friend first to see Julie for Botox and wow… lets just say I ended up getting it done and I have gone back several times since in the past 2 years. Julie is AMAZING! She is so good and such an expert that I have recently moved to CA and I still don’t trust anyone but her to put needles in my face! I go back several times a year and always try to stop in and see her when I’m in need. Their whims staff makes you feel at ease and in good hands.

Not only were the results great, but the service was awesome. Elase team members are awesome. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I paid $ 1,000 to get the laser skin resurfacing only to look older right away. It left sun spots that didn’t peel and my skin looked thinner and older, wrinkles are worse not better. Also, I had lip injections and they were uneven and left a bruise. Needless to say you’re better off not going here. I was getting dermabrasion later at a different company and the esthetician said that Elase has been sued and their lasers are awful. Wish I’d have known before going and of course they didn’t have any sort of compensation for making my skin worse for $ 1,000. A good company would have at least tried to do something to make your skin better after paying that much!

I’m back for the Fountain of Youth treatment. I highly recommend Elase Spas for keeping me as youthful looking as I feel!

With my experience so far, I would give Elase 5 stars for the kindness of the workers there as well as for how the treatments I’ve been getting have worked so far. I’ve been getting laser hair removal and so far it’s been great (even though it does hurt a bit). I haven’t ever gotten any burns or blistering, and even just after the 2^nd time going I could see a noticeable difference. I’ve done it 5 or 6 times now and already hardly ever have to shave. Perfect for summer! It’s a beautiful facility, great technology, knowledgable workers, and it’s a spa I can go to where I know I’ll be taken care of.
