Typical lazy, don’t give a sh*t attitude and constantly screw up orders. Ownership needs to give a sh*t and hire people that care about their work and give people the orders they pay for!

I have a love/​hate relationship with this Starbucks. The drinks here are always good, usually noticeably better than other Starbucks locations. But often they will always give the wrong food item! If I order a pumpkin loaf I get banana bread. If I order lemon pound cake, I get pumpkin bread. So that’s frustrating. Other than that, staff is always pretty friendly and the line moves quickly. 3 stars!

So today my faith in humanity was at its peak. Went thru the drive thru and the barista told me that my latte was free today, and the truck in front of me purchased my drink. I love it when people do nice things for others. I plan to pass my good fortune forward! Happy humanity!

Convenient location with a drive thru. Very friendly baristas, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. My drinks are always well made, and I’ll continue to go to this Starbucks.

App trouble = free coffee. I was having trouble with the app and the manager was super nice and gave me a free coffee. Definitely will be back.

I love Starbucks, but this one is too tiny and can’t keep up with the demand. I hate waiting in long lines for coffee and I feel like the location sucks for going inside or through their drive thru. Just super long lines and I feel bad for the staff. The staff hustles and does a great job under all the stress and demand. I just wish Starbucks would expand or move to another nearby location better suited to serve the high demand!

Nice location to sit out in the sun drink your latte while taking in views of the Wasatch. The baristas at this location always get the orders right. The treats that accompany your coffee are always fresh. Give this location a try.

This place has gone down hill! Lately it takes 15 min plus to go through the drive thru, don’t even bother going inside. I don’t know if it’s the management or the horrible help… Never going back!!! And they have the nerve to put a tip jar out, hmmmm tipping you for doing your job? Poorly at that!

I just wanted coffee ground as fine as possible (espresso fine). Been twice and both times it was coarse to very coarse. It’s like you don’t believe me. So as the saying goes, shame on me. I bought a grinder because getting coffee ground like you want it is apparently too much to ask these days. Thanks Obama.

NOT a fan… the coffee is bitter! Not sure if it’s the roasting process, the beans, or not regularly cleaning their equipment… or maybe all of the above. If you like having to cover up the taste of coffee with sugar and milk, then this (and any other Starbucks) is the place for you. I prefer a good cup of coffee or an espresso where you can actually enjoy the coffee flavor.

Starbucks coffee is delicious but this location DOES NOT know how to handle the hustle and bustle of a Utah winter crowd. Waited over 25 minutes through the drive-​thru for our hot drinks because only 3 persons were manning the joint. Also, they do not take well to criticism. Understaffed & Rude!

Starbucks, what a quaint feeling in this corporate world. So nice to support local, small businesses such as these with the finest of roasts, and knowledgeable personnel. Continue to support local business and come here, your local Starbucks. The employees know their brews and will service your every need, trust me, EVERY need. And the drinks are always hot, except for the cold ones, they’re cold… unless you request for them to be hot.

Every once in a while you get one of those great service moments. For this Starbucks those moments are often! Top notch team, and a great manager! They are more than willing to get you exactly what you want, and in a friendly not over the top manor! Kudos guys from a now appreciative regular.
