So when you go to get an eye exam all they need to do is measure your eyes, write down the numbers and submit it to the factory where they make the eyeglasses. Well, they did that but they wrote down the numbers incorrectly. So I waited a couple weeks, went into the store, put on the glasses and they don’t fit. Then the guy says«well we have to reorder it.» A normal sales person would have felt bad about the mistake and said, let me pay to rush it. When I ask the guy about this he says, «well we can do it but you’ll have to pay for it.» Meanwhile, by the time I got my new glasses, it was a month later. Do yourself a favor and don’t get your glasses here.

They just don’t get it. One bit. Whatsoever. I went in and asked to try on some WileyX goggles. Jeffrey(who is the owner, btw) hands me a pair of Oakleys. After asking about WileyX again, he asks about my prescription. I give it to him and he goes into the back, comes out and gives me a quote for the Oakley with 2 different lenses(one clear, one sunglasses). I tell him I was interested in Transitions(for those who don’t know — they’re lenses that turn dark in sunlight), not two separate sets of lenses and that I’m interested in the Wileys not the Oakleys. He goes in the back again and comes out with a quote for Wileys… with 2 sets of lenses again, not Transitions.(Trying to pad the bill or just ignorant???) I tell him that I’d like to actually try the Wileys on to see if I even like them(before forking over the 300+ dollars he was quoting). He tells me they don’t have them at this location, but if I give him my phone number, he’ll check his other location. I grab a business card right in front of me and tell him I’d prefer to just call the other location myself to see if they have them. He AGAIN pressures me into giving him my phone number and tells me that it’s really better if HE calls them.(Huh?!? Your employees can’t handle a simple question like«Do you have this model on display?» Wow!) I just walk out without saying another word. Every single question I asked was ignored,… All he cared about was pushing what he wanted to push… and that was the owner I was dealing with! Eek!
