Horrible place. Here we go… three reasons not to use this storage facility. First, they have a homeless problem. In fact, one lives right outside the unit entrance and has been so kind as to leave his fecal matter everywhere. Second, rate hikes. After being with them for a year, it’s custom to increase the rate. How much? Approximately 50%! Third, they have serious mice issues. Recently found every container and piece of furniture I stored there infiltrated with loads of black pellets (mice droppings). In sum, be wary.
