I had a car full of stuff and an appointment at another storage facility in the area. However, after showing up and waiting for 45 minutes for someone to show up at their offices, I gave up and looked for another option. This PS storage was a little out of the way, but having ready a couple of good reviews I decided to drive to Havertown and give it a shot.
Sara was able to set me up with a unit right away. Throughout the process (which was quick and painless), Sara was professional and kind. All I can say is that it was one of the best customer-​service experiences ever!

Sara, the property manager, was great! She was able to walk me through the paperwork process quickly and painlessly while still touching on all the Key points of the rental agreement. I would definitely recommend this facility and make sure to ask for Sara.
