Came here on the recommendation of my 4 year old daughter’s ophthalmologist. She recommended someone who knows how to fit kids. This place was that, plus excellent customer service. My daughter got a great pair of glasses, and after being fitted, she wore her glasses immediately without complaint. Couldn’t be happier with everything. Highly recommend them for children’s glasses.

I am in from out of town visiting a relative who is ill. Unfortunately I fell asleep on top of my eyeglasses last night and broke the frames, which was a huge problem because I forgot to bring my spare and cannot drive without corrective lenses. I patched the broken frames as best I could and headed over to William J. Curran & Sons Opticians first thing this morning. Mr. Curran was able to repair my frames and replaced the old nosepieces as well. The service I received from Mr. Curran was quick, friendly and competent. If I lived in the area I would be grateful to have an optical shop that offers such rapid, courteous and professional service. Much appreciated!

I have been a customer here for over 3 years now. Its great to have a place that has enough selection to keep my entire family satisfied. My kids never leave disappointed. The level of service is great and Bill and his staff are always eager to fix any problem you might have with you eyewear. Prices are good and are inline with other opticians in the area.

Bill Curran and Mike Shanahan run a very good shop here in beautiful Drexel Hill. I’ve been a customer for approximately 5 years and have received the best products and services from them every since. They are one of the few opticians that carry Silhouette, which is a top of the line manufacturer which are known for rimless, screwless frames and impact, shatter resistant lenses. Also this shop is a Guild Opticians, which signifies «cream of the crop» in the optician business.
Every customer gets treated with respect and received all the knowledge and technical guidance on making a decision with eyewear. I guarantee you will be satisfied when visiting this place. They are also highly rate on
