I’ve been here a few times because of convenience and when I’ve been inside with my kids I have not seen anyone clean a table. This is even when it’s dead and I can see people just standing around. There does not appear to be a manager that delegates. The drive through is just ok. Wait… I see some one moving at sloth speed, but they are actually cleaning tables. It’s too bad they aren’t clean when people need to sit at them. It just doesn’t seem to be a priority. The tables makes it three stars but the food brings it down to a solid 2. The service is ok.

Will never eat here again total filth. Mold in drink area. And witnessed worker go to the bathroom and not wash her hands before returning to the line

The service is seriously lacking here! I come here almost daily for a tea and breakfast burrito. The owners/managers really need to step up the game and make this place suck less. It’s very frustrating and I will take my business elsewhere.

One star, only because there is no «no star» option. I visited this location at about 5:30 pm, on 9÷23÷15. There was only one person, who appeared to be the manager, taking orders, and packing orders. They were out of the fresh ketchup, upon asking them for more, the manager pointed to a box of the packets(which I don’t like). The floor and drink area were covered with spills, and the floor sticky. My Big Mac was cold, as if sitting around for awhile, and the apple pie I ordered was cold, and hard, as if just pulled from a fridge. I don’t like giving these types of review, but this service deemed necessary.

The place seems new but it’s filthy inside. If we didn’t still have a few hours of driving left to do I would have left to go somewhere else but my kids desperately wanted to play so we stayed. It could be okay but the whole place needs to be sanitized from floor to ceiling.

This McDonalds lacks consistency with the food and they’ve messed up my order more than a few times but they have a really cool indoor playground for the kiddos so we’ll be back on rainy days. There is also a drive-thru.

This is the absolute worst Mcdonalds I’ver been in. Always unsanitary with rude service to match. Mostly during the early hours. Afternoon crew seems to have its act together.

This McDonalds should be Shut Down! On the rare occasion that I stop here they Always send the wrong food… by always I mean every single time. It is complicated to make a plain cheeseburger not like I am asking them for difficult substitutions just meat and cheese only… seriously they can’t even do that! Waited for 10 minutes to supposedly get hot fries… whatever! It has been 6 months since I stopped here just bc there is always an issue and not to my surprise Nothing has changed… poor service worse food prep and now they won’t even answer the phone. …probably bc they get nothing but missed off customers calling in. The Bennett’s own this location and have expressed desire to change staff to increase service but no such luck. I understand it is fast food and it is hard to please everyone but this place is just ridiculous… poor all the way around hopefully people stop going there all together so we could get some place else that actually cares about their business!

This was a horrible experience! I commute from Cedar Park to Dripping Springs regularly and had my toddler and older daughters on this trip. My toddler had to go to the restroom so we stopped at McDonald’s to get a snack and use the restroom, after we ordered a large sprite, 3 small fries, a chocolate milk and sliced apples TOGO… it took us 20 minutes to get our order and our sprite was not included on the ticket… we didn’t want to wait any longer so we left without a drink. There was only one customer ahead of us in the restaurant, and by time we left there were at least 6 other people waiting for their orders. However, this was not the worst of it! While waiting for our order at the registers I watched one of the employees working the drive through eat a french fry from one of the small french fry bags and then proceeded to place it in happy meal box and hand it to the customer at the drive through window… really? A young gentleman(who looked all of 16 years old) and whom I presume was a shift leader came out several times asking if the orders backed up on the counter were complete, when the drive through cashier stated no, he disappeared and didn’t offer to help, this happened not once but 3 times. This all took place at 7 p.m. when most people are having dinner so you would assume that McDonald’s of all places would be prepared to serve customers in a prompt, hygienic manner.

The last two times I came here, the fries were old and cold. Yesterday, I had a double jalapeño burger. If you are expecting those crisp bites you see on TV — forget about! It was loaded with regular jalapenos, but those crisps looked like ground pulp. Nothing crisp about them. If you want an ice cream and you get to the window quick then fine. If you want a drink with not much ice, then this is your place. For better burgers and hotter fries try the two fast food joints across the street.

I’m writing a 5 star review to counteract all the negative marks it got. I moved here after those comments. So maybe I’m wrong, but I’ve gotten very fast and friendly service and have been quite pleased with this McDonald’s and it’s location. It’s also extremely nice on the inside and worth a sit down. Or an escape with some kids. Yeah it’s McDonald’s. And it’s not going to be a 5 star when it’s busy. Stop back again and see if it really is as bad as you think. Or if you or the workers were having a bad day.

Forced to give 1 star… they dont deserve that. I went as far as calling the owners to complain… anyone want to guess if I got a call back? If you said f’no…you would be right. These people DONOT care about anything. Service is deplorable, food is low quality compared to other McDonalds. Why do people have to wait 10 minutes in the drive thru? Whyyyyy! I have waited even longer inside the building. The manager always gets an attitude when you tell her something is wrong. Why do I go there… because my son likes the apple pie. It takes 10 minutes to get a boxed pie. I consider myself lucky if they arent burned or cold. Its too bad the owners dont read these reviews… im still waiting for that call back. Go someplace else… maybe when they owners notice falling profits they will remove their heads from the sand and see whats happening in their restaurant. …naaa I doubt it

I really wish I could give a good review. I have 6 kids so we spend a lot of dough at the local McD’s…even though I would rather not. This was just another in a LONG list of times where I get home and my order is wrong and things are missing! They had to ask me at the second window what my order was(after already ordering and paying at the first window) and then still proceeded to get it wrong. I guess my fault for just glancing in the bag and assuming it was right. One would assume the order would be right… right??? SIGH… Nothing like forgetting the apples I promised my little guy… SIGH The only upside was the food was very hot. Guess this northern girl is gonna have to switch loyalties to Whataburger and Sonic!

DATE: 5÷27÷13 So let me set the page, over Memorial Day weekend, I went to the beach in Corpus Christi, I got sand all over me, a horrible sunburn, and overall a pretty bad time. I didn’t eat until 7am, and it was 4pm, and I was hungry, and had to take a piss. Come on, you have to drink water at the beach. So we stopped at the McDonald’s in Dripping Springs. I went inside and the restaruant looked great, in fact, new. I went to the restroom, the restroom was clean. Then again, ANY restroom looks clean after going camping at the beach. I looked at myself in the mirror for the first time all weekend. My first thoughts were this. ”Shit, I look like a red neck.” Yep. Anyway, I got all of the restroom, and went up to the counter. I noticed the order number changed, and that just about every person working there were spanish. Alright, I don’t mind spanish people working at McDonald’s, but I do mind, if 90 percent of the workers do. After about 5 minutes of waiting, even though I was the first in line, I finally got an employee to take my order. I ordered, and the cost was 5 bucks for a Southern Style Chicken Sandwich, not too bad I supposed. I got my drink, and got my food. It was all cooked fine. PROS: Cheap, Cooked fine, clean CONS: 90% percent spanish workers, slow employees. OVERALL: 3/5, Se trata de un McDonalds español. Está bien limpio y preparado, pero es un problema si los trabajadores son lentos y todos hablan una lengua sólo el 20 por ciento de América del habla. Yeah, you may have to go to Google Translate to read that.

Terrible, always terrible. At least they are consistent. Not once have they completed a drive through order correctly.

It’s McDonald’s… I don’t come here for the cuisine. The fruit and yogurt parfaits are fine. The Dripping Springs McDonalds has a newer indoor play area which is nice and clean. Restrooms are as well. If you’ve ever traveled with kids then you understand.

Terrible experience. Dirty and poor service. I submitted a complaint to McDonald’s corporation. A response from McDonalds and the local franchisee. Hopefully the franchisee will be able to get the place cleaned up and better organized.

This is my first bad review on Unilocal. This place is always understaffed, the lines are incredibly long, they mess up your orders and the place is dirty. It’s a brand new McDonalds! How is it that the old DQ down the street is cleaner? New management, more staff… please.

Welcome to my McDonalds; our own space custom tailored for Dripping Springs. I’m your host Rooster Sr and I have a confession. I eat here way too often. Pancakes for the kiddo, sweet tea, burger fix, and the occasional coffee. Hot chocolate. the employees don’t know my name or anything. You take my order and never get it right. I have to argue with you how I don’t really need that second apple pie cause its just 12 cents more. I’ve received more than one visibly expired product and I’m not angry. Ketchup in the bag? You gotta beg for it. Straws to. Whats that? Drippin’ is getting a Whatwhat? I will take my fix elsewhere you hear me you damn multi-national corporation! I’ll wear orange and white striped shirts telling locals of the coming of the«174,956 ways you can eat your Whataburger». It was fun; but now I must move on. You got plenty of friends so don’t be sad. I’ll see you on the freeways during those long trips to Kansas. I don’t go to Kansas
