They are making some great beers here! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and affordable tastings with generous pours.

My dad & I stopped in yesterday. A flight was $ 4(for $ 6 you can keep the glass) and the beer was delicious. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable about the products. We’ll be back!

Went here yesterday with my husband — number 2 of the three breweries we visited that day, and by far the best of the bunch. Tasting flight is a giant bargain — healthy pours of 6 beers for $ 4. Good range of different style beers, and every single one of them was excellent. It was really tough to pick the 2 we wanted pints of. It is a tiny bit off a major road, and Unilocal told us that it was closed on Sundays. So glad we called and found out otherwise. Highly recommended for craft beer lovers.

A really fantastic brewery going strong in Dryden. For those familiar with the history of this brewery, they have had a new head brewer in place since last year, and there have been big-time improvements to their offerings. Everything I’ve tried has been really good, including their year-round brews, though the highlights IMO are some of the special brews such as the Bearded Brown and the Cyclhops. You can find Bacchus on tap in a lot of places around Tompkins County, but a visit to the brewery is a nice treat as well. They are very nice and accommodating, and you are sure to encounter some brews that might not be readily available elsewhere. You can get tastings, pints, and growlers at their tap room, plus other merch. The head brewer seems to have misplaced his beard, but I’ll excuse that because the beer is so good.
