I found Carrozza Pizza on Unilocal as I was preparing a trip from Ohio to Bangor, Maine. Since the reviews were good I made it a planned stop. GOOD CALL!!! I had a calzone that was the best I have eaten, ever. The staff were friendly, engaging, and went out of their way to make sure my needs were met for the rest of the trip.
Summary: their service is a perfect as their food!!!

Best pizza in Dryden, and tops places in Groton, cortland and Ithaca. Wings are tasty too, asking as you ask for extra sauce (the wings can get a little dry) also mozz sticks aren’t great, but the garlic knots are killer, absolutely get the garlic knots

Had a great slice and ordered wings. Price is a little high for such small wings, but they were cooked well and had a nice blend of sauce. Our only fault is that the «assistant» food worker behind the counter (not the pizza maker) was so dirty. His clothes, and his hands. He touched everything, counters, pans and then food like cheese and toppings without washing– yes we were watching. Not cool. Must watch for cross contamination.

This place is by far one of the best New York Style pizzerias in CNY. Fantastic flavor, passionate owner, and fantastic customer service. Visiting once or twice a week, I am never disappointed! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for Pizza, calzones, garlic knots, wings, or anything a pizzeria could offer!

This place was recommended to me by a close friend who lives in Dryden. So, I decided to try it. The first time I went I brought someone with me and we got a medium size pepperoni pizza with 10 mild wings and 2 fountain drinks. The total ended up being around $ 20 with some change. Which isn’t bad at all, split the bill between two people that’s only $ 10 or $ 12 each. The cool thing about this place, is that the employees will ask you if the food looks good before they give it to you. So you have a chance to be like «No, I want them cooked more.» (For example) So the customer service gets an A+. Everyone was really nice and pleasant. The wings totally stole the show though. I loved the sauce they used on their mild wings, tangy and delicious. They were also cooked really well with the perfect amount of crispiness. Wings get an A+. The pizza was still really good but the wings are better. Definitely the best pizza I have ever had in Dryden. BUT not the best pizza I have had in this area (including everything from Moravia to Ithaca) Still, really good for Dryden. Me and my friend both left really satisfied with some extra pizza slices to take home in a box. A few days later, I still couldn’t stop thinking about their mild wings so I went and picked some up just for myself. Just as good as the first batch. I recommend this place to everyone who wants some good classic wings and pizza. :)

Meat lovers was delicious. Great service great sauce on the pie a will do again local place.

The staff was extremely friendly and everyone had a smile. We ordered a medium pizza, mozz. sticks, chicken tenders and mild wings for ONLY $ 32 which is cheap compared to other pizza places here in Central New York. The place is in a relatively small town between Syracuse and Ithaca, New York. The pizza is twirled around in air, and the owners come from a Italian family. Everything tastes like what is supposed to be, DELICIOUS.

We noticed that there was a new pizza place in Dryden so we decided to try it.
The owner was awesome, super friendly and made out order himself.
Hands down some of the best pizza that I’ve had since moving to central NY.

Was very excited to see a new place open in Dryden! Kept it simple and ordered a large cheese pie to give the new place a try. It was very good! Sauce was perfect with more of a tomato flavor than overbearing with spices. Cheese had great flavor! Great customer service. everyone was so nice when we picked it up! Looking forward to going again and trying out more on the menu! Wishing the place success!
