Service is stunning. Rick remembers my name every time I walk through the door, and I am not a frequent patron. Not only does he take the time to make sure his glasses are perfect, but his assistants also will take the time to help you find the best pair of glasses or accessory for you.
By the way, I have a long distance phone number, and was never told I needed to change it. After having a horrible and time consuming experience at Arleo & Associates, Falcon Optical services are a breeze.
