Got to love a place where the people are too lazy to hand you change, and just fling it in your general direction. I am certain they do a good little side income picking up the change in the drive thru after customers just wave it off. Oh, the place sucks generally. A single stop here, guarantees I will never make THAT mistake again.

Horrible customer service. Lack of customer attention. The girl at the register is like a soul less robot. She didn’t want to honor the size me up deal on my combo. wth? Don’t come get. It’s a rip off.

This place is way over priced. I was passing by and thought i would get a burger, not the best burger joint but it’ll do when you’r hungry. It was over 7 dollars for a famous star and a small order of fries! I’m willing to pay that price for a good quality burger but the famous star is not exactly «top shelf» when it comes to burgers. I am very disappointed with the quality and cost of Carl’s Jr and will not be returning.

Just went to Carl’s tonight ordered a grilled chicken salad. And when I got home I took a look at it and it was so chintzy! There’s barely any lettuce, tiny tidbits of chicken, teaspoon of cheese, no grape/​cherry tomatoes, but a half of a tomato cut in half who does that!?? I would’ve gotten a way better salad at Wendy’s for less. I’M STILL HUNGRY! I feel so cheated. I though highly of Carl’s Jr. Not so much now. The only reason I went to the restaurant tonight was that my son had a coupon for a free drink and I decided to grab a yummy pictured salad. What’s pictured is not what your gonna get. Not only that but the chicken was ice cold! Grilled chicken in my mind and what I’ve experienced is always hot

This is the last time never again! Breakfast HORRIBLE bisquit was dried out and old.
Today don’t know what made me drive in there but I did. Had the ALL natural omg looked like a famous star that had been tossed around ! I paid $ 11.00 for total crap!!! Its not Carls’ Jr because Ive had some really good burger its this particular Place I will never go there again.

Worst experience ever! The guy in front of me in the drive through decided to order a lot of food, and I guess the cashier couldn’t handle it. When it was my turn there was no greeting, I had to say «hello» after 3 minutes to get their attention. I asked about the specials and in the middle of answering the cashier stopped to help another customer. Either make them wait, or ask me to hold so I don’t just sit there waiting even more! Then she couldn’t get my order right, all I asked was no pickles, that’s no brainer. Then when I went to pay no one apologized for the wait and the manager just took my card and walked away. After getting my order I had to wait another 5 minutes just to get my card back! This location is shady and dirty, the staff look stoned and can’t comprehend anything, and the burger I wanted to order was no longer on sale. This location sucks and they need to get their shit together or else they’re going to lose more customers. I’m going to take my business elsewhere.
EDIT: ON TOP OF THEIR SHITTY SERVICE I get home and find they gave me the wrong order! I wanted my burger with no pickles and low carb (lettuce wrapped) and this shit had buns and pickles and all that crap on it! I am ANNOYED and OUTRAGED. They gave me a piece of shit excuse of a burger and it was burned. I’ve already filed a complaint with corporate. What a waste of my money. I’m taking my money elsewhere for sure now. I HOPE THIS BUSINESS GETS SHUT DOWN!!!

Worst breakfast burrito ever. So dam expensive for $ 5 a couldn’t believe it when they handed it to me. Burrito was poorly wrapped and came apart when I opened the wrapper. Never come here

This Carls Jr sucks. I ordered a western bacon cheeseburger at like 3am. My burger came out instantly, so I was suspicious. The onion rings tasted all hard and stale. WTF man, the burger costed almost $ 5 and they were too lazy to make it with fresh ingredients. Corporate Carls Jr should shut this lazy place down.

I have continued to have the worst experiences here. Staff is argumentative and rarely get an order right. I don’t know why they’re still open and I don’t know why I keep coming here. Needs new management. ASAP!

This place smells like skid row it is very dirty !! Sticky tables over flowing trash cans !! Rude staff !! There was one nice young girl !! The other staff was very Rude !! The bathroom was so disgusting very dirty !! (it was scary)
I will never go here again they really need to clean this place up.

Food is okay
The place is hot, dirty and the employee’s are kind of ghetto.
The salt shaker had not been cleaned and it had visible grimet on it.

This Carl’s jr has horrible service. I’m a big Carl’s jr fan in general, my favorite burger is the western bacon cheeseburger, YUM! I’ve been to many different Carl’s jrs and this one is probably the one with the worst service.
I go here often because its the closest one to my house and because I work so close. I always use drive thru and the workers always sound so angry. One time I had a question and when I asked it the girl on the speaker literately laughed at my question. I didn’t even bother ordering since she couldn’t answer my question. The people here seem like they’re always on drugs or something. I went in today to order a drink and I had to wait 10 minutes! To top it off, my drink was watered down. It might be the fact that it was 90% ice and maybe 2 ounces of iced tea. Or maybe the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes and they made it when I first ordered.
One time I went on my lunch and ordered the chicken strips combo, which was almost $ 10. The chicken was burnt and the fries were less than half full! I was so upset but I didn’t notice until I got back to work. I probably won’t be coming here often unless I really crave it.

Ugh, I’m torn because I love their chicken taquitos and so far they gotten my order right each time I go BUT they do ask me about 5x what I want and if what they’re repeating is correct PLUS the drive thru takes forever and they don’t know how to take orders… They were all over the place! Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry or get easily irritated by ditzy people.

Bacon swiss chicken sandwich is gross. The chicken was burnt. The «hand» breaded chicken was burnt as well. Apparently they have someone in the back that cannot cook. Great service but the food at this CJ is garbo! I don’t think I will be coming back here. Too many times they have messed up my order and I can just drive to Sonic or B-Man’s

Wow, Never again! This is the most pitiful famous star that I’ve ever seen. Carl’s Jr. should be ashamed for charging money for this.

Their green burrito sux now, used to be really yummie. They kept on trying to improve this! They made it worse. The old version used charbroiled steak, now they used shredded weird sauce in it, not that great after all!!!

This particular restaurant has tons of homeless that like to loiter and hang out taking up a good amount of the seating. They bring in bags of belongings and backpacks that clutter the aisles, making it difficult to get to a booth.
After I finished my dinner, went to my car and noticed I had splattered hot sauce all over my driver side door and hood. Empty Carl’s packets on the ground. Staff is friendly but I prefer a safe, comfortable, environment when I am dining out and to not have to worry about my car being messed with or being harassed by vagrants and crazy people.

I wish there was a triple zero stars rating for this place. I stopped here one day because I had not eaten anything all day and I thought I was going to pass the f out. Out of desperation I decided to get an order of Fries and a Jack Daniels Burger. The Burger was gross as all hell. It was not cooked at all. The meat was damn near raw between the molded bread and the lettuce had the black fungus on it. I took the burger inside and showed the staff the burger. The manager acted like I put the mold on the bread and the lettuce. I had to get excited and tell her that «um no, why would I try to eat or serve myself a burger with mold that I put there??»
I got my money back.
To add insult to injury, I got to witness a certain truck driver and his beer guzzling buddy snort lines of coke on the grotesque looking dumpster right outside of the train wreck place. I also saw what looked like to be a crack deal go down before I securely locked my freaking doors and sped out of the parking lot. You know it’s bad when you click your alarm on and you are inside of the car. SMH.

Totally rude and we always seem to get someone at the drive-​thru window who doesn’t speak English. I nanny for my little cousin and he LOVES their 99-​cent spicy chicken sandwich. He’s on meds that make him not hungry, so if it takes driving here to make him eat, I’m game. Needless to say, we come here a lot. They ALWAYS fill your cup to the brim with ice and then put just a few ounces of soda. Literally, you get about three sips before your cup is empty, and we’re talking about a large drink.
So today I asked for them to go easy on the ice. I get both of our cups and… they decided to go with no ice at all, and only filled the cups about ¾s of the way with soda. Are you kidding me?
Like everyone else, I’ve had them forget parts of my order. I always check the bag before pulling away because they don’t have the brightest people working there.
