Very understaffed ! They get to you in may be 1 hour after they set you up in a queue. And this wasn’t even a weekend. This was 3.30 pm on Friday

This is the closest AT&T store to my residence but I cringe each time that I need to go in this store. I’d rather go to the Lennox/​OSU location but for convenience, I’ll go here.
This past weekend, I was window shopping and wasn’t going to make any purchases but an employee approached me where I could ask a few general questions about service plans, upgrades, etc. I knew what I needed and he was able to wrap up a sale in less than 15 min.
2 weekends prior, I was in the store looking for help. Despite being idle, 1 worker did not make an effort to offer any customer service or sought to assist me so I left. This is 1 of 4 similar incidents over the last year at this location.
My most recent experience is hopefully a step in the right direction for this corporate store.
