I had a issue with my hot water tank and having home warranty, I called them to file the claim and since it was plumbing related I included my non-working garbage disposal. The warranty company gave me the number for Drain Brains to take care of the issue. I called on a Saturday evening and received the answering service, they scheduled the appointment for Tuesday at 2pm. I called Monday morning to see if they could possibly get out here sooner but they were unable. Right at 2pm on Tuesday, Brian the owner pulled in. He looked at my hot water tank, took some info and said he would call the tech line because what the tank was doing was odd. He then looked at my garbage disposal and seen the problem right away and said it would be replaced. I paid my deductible directly to Brian via my Visa card and he said it would be Thursday but he would get the issue resolved. On Thursday I called to find out what the status was and due to some major storms he had some emergency calls he had to take care of and came out just after noon today(Friday). He replaced the faulty part on my water tank and replaced my broken garbage disposal. He was friendly, professional and did the job. I would use Brian again if needed.

The double sink in the kitchen backed up and was full of gross water. I called first thing Tuesday in the morning to another business who gave us a Thursday appointment between 10 and 3pm. I then found this company on Unilocal and called there at about 7:15 in the morning. They gave me a 10am appointment on the same day — no full-day window — and the man showed up at 10am. He fixed the sink and was done in 1 hour. We have a new plumber for sure.

Brien, the owner, was at our house and had our sewer line cleared of tree roots and our water flowing freely within two hours of our call. He was quick, professional, friendly, and flexible. We’ll use him again if/when we need the drains cleared again.
