Charley’s Grilled Subs

We have eaten at this place a lot and we love it every time! The subs are extremely delicious and the staff is very friendly. I kind of feel sorry for this place because there is a chipotle next-​door which kind of overshadows it but I would recommend this place to anybody. It blows every other sub place I’ve ever been to out of the water. If you’re in the mood for a hot fresh sub then this place will make you more than happy.

This the most friendly group of people and the most delicious of the Charley’s that I have been too. Highly recommended.

This place is usually empty because of the competition literally right next door, but that does not mean you should’t check it out. The owner and his wife are incredibly friendly and value good service. The place is also really clean. Honestly have never had service like this at any joint similar to it. The cheese steak is pretty delicious, but it’s by no means the best in the area. They do, however, have a good balance of veggies (when you want them) to meat to bread. Every bite has a good crunch from the bread as the steak is never overly greasy and the veggies are grilled well. I’m not a big fan of fries, but the ones here impressed me: good crisp to potato ratio. The restaurant is a tad on the pricey side, but besides that it’s a solid joint.

I had a spicy Asian chicken sub– nice blend of flavors, on good bread. I also got an Italian one to go, and it was good later. The lemonade is real, and they have a kiwi lemonade that is a good option too.
