This business is awesome. After being turned down by several places for a fairly simple task of completing the 2^nd page on an I-9 form, they accepted my call at 6:00PM. It’s appointment only after 6. The process was explained and executed with ease. The boss man mentioned this is not a typical task of most notaries, so therefore they simply are afraid to commit. Well that’s too bad they must not like money. Anyway, highly knowledgeable and great customer service. Outstanding accommodations for a procrastinator like me. I’ll definitely remember this spot.

Good service and available later in the evening than most notary services. It was a little confusing to meet the notary at a closed shipping store in the evening, but the notary did the job well (i.e. actually filled out the correct parts of the form that the notary is supposed to, came equipped with a *blue* pen which I’ve learned is important for some documents, etc.). It’s also nice that you are able to make an appointment online and they get back to you very quickly both by phone or email.

We used El Camino Notary for a signing of refinance documents for our home. The notary agreed to e-mail a copy of the signed documents to me. I never received them. I called Ritesh Trivedi and he said that the notary was not authorized to agree to send me a copy. He refused to e-mail the documents to me. He said I needed to call my bank. He tried to brush me off with some garbage about «bank security protocols.» I called the closing officer at the bank, who told me that the notary is SUPPOSED to provide a copy of the signed documents to the person signing them, upon request. Apparently, Ritesh could not be bothered to do his job correctly.
UPDATE: Ritesh attempted to intimidate me into taking down this review by threatening to place a negative review for the business at which I work. He has never been a client, there.

Mi-Wuk Village, CA

Very professional, sensitive and efficient. We will definitely call on him again when we need a notary service. What I liked best was his suggestion to use our paralyzed son’s thumbprint rather than ‘x’ in place of his signature. Very efficient.
