This place is disgusting. Amber who did my hair took forever and didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing. Then the power went out when she was straightening my hair. They didn’t have a back up generator sooo she tried to finish straightening my hair with a straightener that was losing heat by the second. The power was still out so they couldn’t open their register for me to pay so they asked me to go to kroger (in the pouring rain) and buy something (that I didn’t need) to get cash to pay for a hairstyle (that was half-assed). Then they got snotty with me when I said I didn’t want to do that and I didn’t feel comfortable giving my credit card information to total strangers. I offered to come back when the power was back on and then the manager was super rude and says, «that’s like stealing… we are going to get the police involved.» So insulting. Horrible experience.

Walked in this place after scheduling snafu at a neighboring salon lofts, while sitting in the chair Unilocaled it and saw only two reviews, both one star. Almost panicked and left, but really glad I didn’t. Got a full highlight and cut from Amber O, and I’m thrilled with it. Both cut and color are top salon quality. Thank you Amber O!

I went in for lowlights and a cut. Not only did the woman put a toner on my hair that made it grey, she had cut wonky layers and my hair was very uneven. I was so embarrassed that I paid, left and went straight to Sally’s Beauty Supply and died my hair dark brown.
I would advise to neither have a walk in appointment at Fiesta nor get any kind of coloring done at this location.
