Yeah I’m writing a review for a bank, but I had a great experience here and felt should give some praise. Stopped in to get some cash after having my purse stolen (and coming directly from BMV to get a replacement license so I was not having a great couple days). Didn’t even make it to the counter when I was greeted by a personal banker who came out of his office after probably seeing there was a slight wait for a teller. Said he could take care of the withdrawal and after hearing my story, verified my debit card, processed a pending fraud claim, offered-​but didn’t get pushy– with additional security services for the account. Was really nice to have a little extra service-​wish the BMV offered that! If you’re in, look for Mitchell Collins, really gave extra service that is usually lacking these days.
