Bad business!!! I strongly recommend looking elsewhere until changes are made. Aaron seems like a nice guy but is clearly too busy, disorganized, and not concerned enough with fulfilling already sold business. As a result, there were numerous issues with our suits: 1) Shoes were wrong color. 2) Forgot the pocket squares. 3) Forgot to hem 2 of the groomsmen’s sleeves. 4) Several groomsmen sleeves were hemmed so poorly that we felt it was necessary to bring thread and needles to the venue as a precaution. 5) The ring bearer’s pants were way too short(over an inch of sock was visible) 6) Multiple groomsmen felt their suits were much too tight 7) Both fathers were unhappy with how the pants fit/were hemmed. 8) 1 groomsmen shoes were in horrible condition(heavily worn, huge scuffs/discolorations all over right shoe, missing leather/pleather around heel, broken down heels, etc.) The issues not affected the appearance of the wedding party, but also the overall demeanor of the ring bearer and some of the groomsmen. The ring bearer was extremely self conscious after being made aware of his pants and had to be comforted. 2 of the groomsmen felt they were unable to dance because the suits were so tight they would rip. 1 pair of pants did eventually rip along the rear. Even when complaining to Aaron and seeking a refund for those who originally planned to purchase their suit, Aaron seemed too busy to truly listen and didn’t seem concerned enough about our experience. For example, Aaron took multiple phone calls and assisted another customer while we waited for the refunds to be processed. No discount or refund was offered for the rental fees. The only positives I can think of is that Aaron did not hassle us when returning the rental clothes. He also didn’t argue when we requested refunds for those who had originally planned to purchase their suits.

This was an all around negative experience. I was in a wedding recently. This business maintains two websites, one of which has incorrect hours. Several groomsmen had to make multiple trips. We kept showing up when this place was closed because of the dual websites. I let, who I presume is the owner, know of this but both websites are still up and running. When I was finally fitted for my suit there was angry, offensive Christian talk radio blaring and pushy religious pamphlets displayed. Cut to two days before the wedding. I go in for my final fitting. I was fit in an incorrect suit because the correct one was not yet in. I was told not to worry and the groom was aware. The groom was not aware. Day before the wedding, stil no suits. Day of the wedding, myself and the rest of the men were in a Mens Warehouse about to buy suits because our suits were STILL missing. Dude running the shop came through at the absolute last minute and had a set of suits. My suit was several sizes too small. The pants were several sizes too big. These were not even the suits picked out by the bride and groom. When I returned my suit I was asked how it fit. I said it was too small. The owner insisted that was the style. I know my measurements and my jacket was about 6 sizes too small. Unacceptable service all around. Do not use this shop if you actually want to look good on your big day. I would give zero stars if possible.

Not a fan. The men rented their tuxes here for sister’s recent wedding. There were things wrong with my husband’s tux, my father’s tux, and my new brother-in-law’s tux! Overall, it just wasn’t a great experience. The service was so-so and normally my husband feels super sexy in a tux — this one made him feel frumpy. We’ve had far better experiences elsewhere.
