Do not go to the clinique store at Macy’s Tuttle Crossing Mall. I had the worst experience there.
I wanted to try the new foundation there, and all this sales person said to me is «You would not like it, You would not like it.» It was obvious that she did not want to sell anything to me. It was on 9÷29÷15 night.

Nice store. Annoying merchandising and service. An entire shelf was marked with a sign stating all Calvin Klein tops $ 24.98. Two tops rang up around $ 120 and charged. When asked to cancel, we were told we had to go to another customer service station. We were at a customer service station! The next customer station apologized saying that customers return things to the wrong racks. She agreed these were generic Calvin Klein tops and wasn’t sure which ones were actually on sale. When we pointed out the entire rack with the sale sign was the same shirt she say «oh well I don’t know then.» Half an hour later and we finally had the order refunded and walked away without the advertised tops. It almost seems like the purposefully do this and hope people don’t realize it! BE CAREFUL OF «SALE» SIGNS BECAUSE THEY DONT MEAN ANYTHING!
