Terrible!!! 2^nd time I have gotten my hair cut there and both were BAD. She didn’t comb my hair ask if I wanted product and gave me a huge white wall around my ears.
Unhappy!!!

I went in and asked for a trim and to even out my layers, and let Caitlyn know that I was growing my hair out.
I left and stopped in JCPenney to see that she had cut my hair completely uneven and had cut 4 to 5 inches on some of the layers.
I went back and asked her to fix it and showed her how uneven. She apologized and said she’d fix it, but just took more length off.
I’ve spoken to the owner and they’re refunding my money (haven’t received it back yet but should this week), but in the meantime I’m stuck with this.
I’m going to get it cut elsewhere, but it’s a pain and I’m going to end up losing more length because it’s so uneven everywhere.
Don’t go here ever ever ever.

This place is absolutely horrible. I told the woman I wanted a stacked bob, but to make sure everything was uniform and blended in well, and I even showed her a pic of what I wanted. What I ended up with was a bowl cut on top of my layers, so now it kinda looks like a mullet. Waiting for my hair to grow back, and will not be returning here. I will post a pic once I figure out how.

They close at 9, but get there before 8 if you want a haircut.

She was so good, so quick I had my roomate wait untill I was done so she could have Sara work on her. We both got AMAZING cuts and eye brow waxes. She really knows how to cut and treat a client well!!!
I will be a repeat customer!!!

Having originally gone to Mop downstairs a couple of times I one day realized that with my schedule Mop was A) Overpriced, B) Pretentious, and C) Annoying. I need an appointment when you have no clients there or waiting? No thanks. Needing a haircut and in the midst of a long Gen-​Med month at that time, I decided to brave it and go into Mastercuts
While I’m generally critical of mall salons, in general, I must say this place does a damned good job and I’ve been going ever since. Walk Ins are WELCOME and their gold card is not only free, but useful in that you earn free products and haircuts. The soundtrack consistently plays Zeppelin, Floyd, the Doors, as well!
In my time going there, now nearly 6 months, I’ve never once had a bad haircut and always feel obligated to tip more than I usually would due to the good service.
Facing the facts I know I’m a high-​maintenance kinda guy… I’ll never be happy with a «barber,» so its good to know that I can still get a great cut at a good price from someone talented when I need it. Kudos!
