Chick-fil-A

Had my lunch and I came across with my chicken that had a very odd string hanging out of my chicken. Not only that, I found a black hair as well. Went back to the cashier and the manager was kind enough to give me a full refund back and a free gift card. So, yall, watch what you eat.

Food is fresh, the cow was walking around the store greeting people. This is a family spot! Bring your kids as they seem to cater to the kids.

I’m a regular here, and at some point developed «cravings» for Chick-​Fil-​A. Actually, i could go for some right now :)
The mall location has never messed up my order, and the food is always hot and typically very fresh. It’s cost-​efficient for me, and very filling. Overall an excellent value for the money, especially compared to other restaurant prices in the food court at the Mall of Tuttle Crossing.
Parking can be a bit of hike because you have to use the outdoor parking lots of the mall– but the service is always quick and makes up for time lost. Lines may pile up, but the location is well-​staffed and can open up four registers at a time to get the order in quickly.
Also– I’m not sure if anyone else aside from me actually does the survey on the receipts due to the location? Perhaps most people throw out their receipt when they go to shop or forget to complete the survey– because I always seem to get the opportunity to complete it for a free meal. It has saved me a lot of money haha and just another perk to stay loyal to the location!
