McDonald’s

Waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. When we got up to the window they said cash only. They could of had a worker come out and tell everyone in line.

Stopped here on way home to get milkshake for my son after day at park. He really wanted strawberry but they did not have it. So he settled for vanilla which tasted excellent. They had $ 1 drinks so I got myself a large coke. Tasted excellent as well. This is a very ritzy looking Mc ds. Probably because it’s across from tutle mall. Parking lot is very clean and clearly marked. Outside looks freshly renovated. We ate in parking lot

I also feel weird reviewing a McDonald’s, but here’s the deal. I’m on the road a lot. I eat a lot of mid-​high level chain food, but every now and then… I gotta have a quarter pounder or a Big Mac or the like.
So here I am, at a random McDonalds off the interstate loop. I walked in and saw a long line and thought, «woops! Wrong day for this indulgence.» But I was low on time and cash, so I stuck it out.
These people are professionals. One cash register running during the lunch rush. Mistake, right? Wrong. The line moved swiftly, and within a minute of ordering my food, before the next person had even finished ordering, my number was up. What? How does that happen. Like I said, these people are professionals.
Kind, courteous staff delivering quick, quality service. If you’re feeling McDonalds, you’ll leave this one singing, «ba-​da da-​da daaa… I’m lovin it!»

Food is always fresh — because it takes forever to get your food. The staff is always yelling at each other, running around, yet somehow nothing ever seems to get done. Ketchup dispensers don’t work, condiment stand always a mess. If you go through the drivethru you will be asked to pull ahead and wait 50% of the time, and wait, and wait. I have never had such a problem with other McDonald’s in the city, and they are no busier, nor seem to be understaffed. Lots of yelling, no doing. Not expecting too much professionalism from a fast-​food joint, but have had enough of the drama.

This McD is clean and presentable, which you would expect for a Dublin-​area location, but they do NOT staff up for morning rush periods. Expect a wait if you’re in the drive-​thru.

The ketchup dispensers were not working properly. They were literally shooting ketchup out. It was also multi colored ketchup. Ewwwww! Also, my breakfast sandwich was leaking so much fluid and just didn’t seem right.

Earlier this week I had the worst McD’s visit here ever. I live in the area and used to visit this location often but will not go back unless things change. I actually had to BACK OUT of the drive-​thru because it was taking so long and the line wasn’t moving! I went in thinking something was wrong with the machine or something. Nope! There was one person behind the counter who was new, the manager was slow, the place was dirty, the ice tea machine was empty, there were no salt/​pepper shakers on the tables, the salt container with individual packets was labeled wrong, and the trash containers were ALL full. Oh, and the new guy didn’t know how to make frappes so he just waited by the register for help and none came. I laid my tray on the counter with my trash on it (after my daughter ate alone while I waited and waited for frappes) and mentioned all the containers were full and another guy from the back was walking behind the counter and he said, «Oh, I noticed that awhile ago!» and then walked away. Really? I actually was afraid to eat there after noticing that it was so dirty and not well cared for in the customer area. This McD’s needs some intervention!

It is nice and clean. However, there is a language issue, race issue and the items are overprice. The dollar menu is all I could afford.

I feel weird reviewing a McDonald’s, but this one deserves it.
I work around this location so I stop in here quite often for coffee and whatnot. Today I realized, being October, that their kids meals came in those plastic buckets and decided that I really needed that. Yes, needed.
When I said I was going, 4 of my co-​workers bombarded me with their orders and all wanted to pay with their credit cards. So I showed up to McDonald’s, right near the end of lunch with 5 separate orders. I was about to be ‘that guy’.
Let me tell you, I explained to the cashier what was about to happen, and she took on the challenge! We went through the orders, paid separately on each one, got my drinks and the food was all bagged and ready in under 5 minutes. Then, when she saw how much I had to carry, she actually WALKED with me to my car to help me get it all in one trip. Can you believe that?! I was truly blown away, enough to call in a let the manager know how much I appreciated her employee’s over the top performance today.
In a world where everyone moves at such a fast pace, it was nice to be reminded that there are people out there who truly know great customer service.

One of the better McD’s in the area. If you’re in the area and need a quick sandwich, stop in here. They get you through the drive thru rather quickly. Just be careful with the drive thru circling the building — it can get a little tricky. Overall, this places does one heck of a good job!

Yep, its McDonalds. I went here because I had gift cards that I couldn’t let go to waste. Service was fast and friendly even at 12 on a Saturday. All the food tasted, well, like McDonalds always does. Everything was clean and up to date, as I would expect for the location. Not much else to say, if there is nothing wrong with your local McD’s, that is all you can ask for!

There are 4 – 5 booths with plugs especially for those with laptops.
The facility is clean and the staff is friendly. My only complaint is the lack of consistency in the preparation of the new oatmeal selection. Either too much water, not enough water, too much milk, not enough milk, not always brown sugar when you ask and this becomes frustrating. However, this not only happens here but all across the country. I drove from San Diego recently and the same was true at many other McDonald’s. The number of contents in this cup makes it difficult to repeat the same quality with every serving. I am surprised McDonald’s Corp. has not solved this issue faster.
Otherwise, you will not be disappointed with this particular McD’s for other selections. Interestingly, the Columbus McD’s prices are a little higher than in San Diego. They have a larger «large» soft drink cup that only costs $.78 this summer in San Diego County. It is 42 oz.

Busy in the mornings but service is pretty fast.

It’s handy, its normally pretty clean, and it’s normally pretty fast. But if the drive thru line is wrapped up the line of parking spots, it will be faster to go inside than sit in the drive thru.
