Taco Bell

Workers were extremely rude when they did not abide by the hours. We pulled up to the window where the manager opened, and told us they were closed «on their clock». Then continued by shutting the window on our request for food.

Quesalupa is super delicious !!

I figured live walking distance should get good service wrong, food was slapped together with no care also if you have a sign up in the window that says open at 7am then you don’t open until 730am maybe the sign needs to be removed.

No complaints. Food was quick. Order was right. Food was good. Restaurant was clean and looked good. Next time I want Taco Bell, I’ll go here.

Pros: I’ve been to this location a few times, and they have always been great. I tried the breakfast burrito for the first time and I was not disappointed. The line for this place gets so long and it must be due to the service and quality.
Cons: The drive thru food could have been warmer.
All in all keep up the good work, it’s appreciated.

They skipped my order. I wittnesed three other orders messed up or skipped. Worst service ever.

I was just at this location and apparently, now they open an hour later than they used to. I rolled up to the drive thru at 7:24 and waited 5 minutes for some woman to rudely come on the intercom system and say that they don’t open the drive thru until 730. Not great business and whoever that woman was should be fired. It’s not like they have their hours listed on the menu board so to come at me with the attitude she had was unnecessary. It’s a shame, because I would have loved to provide my business.

Great service, terrible food. When I went through the drive through, the employee who took my order was very friendly, and happily answered the questions I had about a couple menu items. Since I visited during the promotional «happier hour» $ 1 drink time, I asked to confirm with the employee that my drink would be $ 1. He gladly assured me that it would be only $ 1. However, when I looked at my receipt, I realized that I had been charged the full price for the drink. I parked, went inside the restaurant, and explained what happened to another employee, who apologized for the mistake and reimbursed me several times over for the hassle. I left the store satisfied with the service despite their initial mistake. However, when I later opened my food, I was astonished by the horrible quality. My first taco had 2 shells on it. The inner one was broken, so they must have simply put another shell over it instead of throwing it away. My second taco had a long black hair in it. It was partially sticking out of the top of the taco, and the rest of it was intertwined with all the contents of my taco. Gross. My quesorrito was covered in a cream colored greasy substance and burnt stuff, and had ANOTHER hair on it. Gross. I threw it all away and was forced to continue my day with an empty stomach. The service was great, but good service is nothing if the food is tangled with fucking hairs.

Not a bad location. Easy to get in and out, handy for the mall and highway. I stop in when I need a quick fix, and Sweetie doesn’t have to know…
I mean, it’s Taco Bell. It’s not great, but it’s filling and cheap. It’s not Mexican, really, or even Tex-​Mex. But it’s fast food, and has more flavor than some.
This one is clean, and the service is friendly. If I don’t have time for real Mexican, this at least reminds me of what it’s like…

Not all Taco Bells are created equal. With that said…
The good things about this Taco Bell:
–It’s clean (which can’t be said about many other Taco Bells)
–The staff are friendly and competent (also can’t be said about many other Taco Bells)
The bad:
–They don’t accept the Taco Bell coupons that you find in the Columbus Entertainment Book.
Overall, not a bad place to satisfy your urge for junk food.

Great experience 7÷5÷14 at 11pm. The assistant manager CJ was incredibly helpful and friendly! The food was good, hot, and complete too. Keep up the good work guys, I’ll be back!

I don’t know what fillers they are using in their Taco meat, but it’s awful! It’s worse than the worse meat because you just don’t know what is in it. I’ve noticed this for years, but it’s getting worse. Kind of like a paste. Spend 2 extra buck and go to Chiptole where meat is meat.

Food is very good, the only thing is that this Taco Bell is under staffed, therefore it’s a long wait to receive your food

One of the best taco bell’s in the area. The staff are clear, concise, and will fix your order if you accidentally spoke it wrong. Very good service, and consistent.

This is definitely one of the nicer, older-​style Taco Bells in the area. I have eaten more at this Taco Bell than almost any other. Why? It’s good food and it’s conveniently located just east of the Tuttle Mall right off of 270 in the northwest part of town.
It’s not the most advantageous location for a fast food franchise, because you’ll pass approximately 20 other restaurants before you get to this one (that’s if you’re coming from 270 of course). This never distracted me from getting to the best fast food burrito in America though and apparently it hasn’t stopped too many others either.
This place has been around forever. I’m pretty sure that it precedes even the Tuttle Mall. It may be a dinosaur among a bevy of younger competitors, but this Taco Bell could probably survive a nuclear strike. Now you know where to go when the big one hits! You’re welcome :-) Save me a seat!
