I’m so not surprised this place has closed down. We went here 2−3x during the time it was open and each time we were not impressed. The whole ‘salad on pizza’ thing isn’t really a good idea. It might be, if the food were good, but it never was! The bread was always terrible, and the soda fountain tasted like bathroom faucet water(personal pet peeve!) Round Table is now replacing it with a «Round Table: Pizza, Wings, Beer» restaurant. Because wings and beer always do well from a pizza joint!

The staff are amazing and are super friendly. I come in quite often because I work near there, and I have yet to have a bad experience. I love the concept where you can order what you want on a pizza instead of settling. The quality is way better than any pizza place I have ever been to before or since and it comes at a great price. 5 toppings for 8.99. They are usually really quick as well so if I am on my lunch break, I need not worry for time.

6:48 p.m. First time going to Fresh Pixx today. Food is not bad. I would give them 4 stars for flavor. However, I was not expecting to wait 45 min for a thin crust pizza on a not-so busy day. I ordered two pizzas for my kids to go. Kids meal with cheese and pineapple and another regular size Chicken BBQ. We ordered. We sat and waited. Several groups of people slowly trickled in after us. One group of 7 came in 15 after we first sat to wait. 7:04 p.m. My younger child could not wait anymore. I took him out to get his wiggles out and then we went to the car to wait for my husband. We didn’t expect to sit and wait again. The family of 7 got their food already while my husband and other child sat and waited for our to go pizzas. He asked the young gentleman working what was going on and the gentleman admitted that they don’t know why our pizzas were not made. By this time, my kids are starving… sitting and waiting! After complaining, they gave us a refund and did still give us the pizzas. 7:26 Irritated. Frustrated. We got the BBQ chicken pizza and a cheese kids pizza. We asked for a pineapple kids pizza. Never going back!!!

Super sad to say that this place has gone downhill! My hubby and I frequented this place last year and never had any issues. We visited last night after at least a 6 month break and wow what a difference! Customer service isn’t what it was. The cleanliness of the establishment and the quality of the food were both poor! First off my favorite salad the island chicken no longer comes with the grilled chicken kabob with peppers… Yet the price is the same? When I asked why there wasn’t a kabob the girl just said they don’t make them anymore. When we got to the register the girl was clearly not happy to be there. The food took forever to come out. Nobody was ahead of us. The flatbread that came with my salad was way over cooked… Like a cracker! My hubby’s pizza was very good but my salad wasn’t what it was before.

There is no doubt about the quality of the Pizza. The Pizza is fresh and made high quality gradients. But last night, We had a very bad customer service experience. We had a 50% off coupon online on our cell phone and when we reached to the Restaurant, they asked for a printed coupon, really? We showed them even on the coupon itself, there is no where it’s written that we need to bring the printed coupon. Even for the international travel the boarding pass is electronic. Food quality deserves five start. Customer service is zero star.

Not the friendliest establishment but pizzas were all pretty decent for the price. Ordered a five toppings for $ 9.99 plus extra $ 1 for shrimps. Started with pesto sauce, mozzarella cheese, toppings were Italian sausages, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, artichoke hearts and shrimps. This pizza was delicious with just the right amount of sauce and cheese. The crust was perfectly cooked. We also ordered a Chicken Piccata pizza which was average. They could’ve done without the chunks of lemons on this pizza though. Took the pizzas home and they heated up nicely.

Pizzas themselves are decent so giving 2stars. If I go based on service 2 stars is also 2 much. Looks understaffed(their own words), overworked, no one can put a smile on. Mistakes with order — first they forgot, then they made it with shrimps that were not even peeled… horrible. Fresh Lemondate was bad. They struggle with being able to use their own store gift cards… if this is how they roll, we gotta find alternatives…

I finally tried out this place over the weekend with some friends. They wanted to eat healthier and suggested this place. I’ve heard mixed reviews so thought I get my own take on it. From the moment we walked in, there were 4 – 5 people assigned to making pizza. Initially thought, «Great, this will be quick!»(NOPE!) 3 were working on 1 pizza. Still, they couldn’t figure it out. We ordered 1 kids pineapple and ham pizza…(next…moving along). Very straight forward. I don’t know where it was lost in translation. While waiting, I couldn’t get over the pile of trash overflowing out of the open bin onto the floor right behind the area where they were making pizza. Ick! At least these people wearing gloves to make our pizzas. We were probably asked 5 – 6 times within the time it took them to make 1 kids pizza if anyone took our order. You would think after the customer says no the 1st time, you’d take or ask someone else to take our order. If you’re not ready to take our order, why do you keep asking the same question. Urgh! After spending what felt like an eternity at the 1st station(pizza), we moved onto salad. We ordered a Cobb salad. Another person in our party wanted Cobb as well. The guy was so confused. Ummmm… what is there to be confused about? 1 + 1 = 2 Cobb salads. I couldn’t take it anymore. I went to find a table while the Hubs oversaw the making of the salads. THIS took way too long. I think I could have served myself at Sweet Tomato on a busy night, ate, and these people would still be asking me what my order was. The dining area was no cleaner. There was trash eveeywhere — on the floor, on the counters, dirty dishes on the tables, greasy booth seats, crumbs stuff between the booths. It was not very appetizing. To boot, I was constantly swatting flies and a mosquito every now and then during my meal. If that weren’t bad enough, when my cobb salad came, my sliced avocado was brown… not just brown… dark almost rotting brown. Disgusting! This place needs to get it together. It’s just filthy and unorganized. Note: I would normally bring this to the attention of the manager especially since the experience was pretty bad. However, our friends invited us to dinner and treated. I didn’t want to cause a scene or be ungrateful.

Wow! This place rocks! First of all, I met Kellie, the irresistible brunette, marketing Fresh Pixx at Costco for 50% off! I couldn’t resist and bought $ 300 of gift cards. Then I gathered up the family and some friends and Googled Fresh Pixx to check out the menu and get directions only to be presented with an online deal for another 50% off. Needless to say, I loved this place before I even got there. My actual dining experience will be Unilocaled in my next Review. Ok, the day after and I’m already calling my friends and planning my next visit to Fresh Pixx. The selection and quality of the food was great. We had some picky young eaters with us and everyone found something they liked. The salads are served on a toasted pizza crust shell like a flat tostada — kind of like garlic bread under the salad. The pizzas are made on a thin crust from a huge selection of sauces, cheeses and toppings. Many of Round Table’s specialty pizzas are available as well. I learned that this is the Round Table corporate pilot restaurant for their Fresh selection of pizzas and salads. My family had a wonderful first time experience in your Fresh Pixx Dublin restaurant. Kellie, Mehrsun, Avni, Tyra and Vicki all added to our dining experience. As I’m sure you know, your employees are your most valuable asset in customer service. Please take care of these top notch people as they are the reason I will return and bring my friends! — Bob Bishop

If you like Round Table, you will like Fresh Pixx. If you don’t like Round Table, you will probably still like Fresh Pixx. If you are skeptical and would like to treat me to dinner here, let me know. You can order off the menu or customize your pizza or salad. I didn’t feel like letting my creative juices flow(eww, sorry) so I ordered their Shrimp Pesto Pizza which, at $ 9.99, is considered their«premium» pizza. I don’t even buy premium gasoline so clearly I was experiencing a psychotic break. The employees were nice, interior was cool and my pizza came out fast and was tasty. If someone would have given me a shoulder massage I would have bumped them up to 5 stars, but alas… P. S. I was raised on Round Table Pizza. My childhood best friend was raised on Little Caesars. We aren’t friends anymore. Do with that what you will.

This place is full of fucking idiots! They gave my pizza away to someone else twice!!! They can’t even find a table that has the number at the end of it. I have stuff to do and my schedule is all fucked up now. They’re out of napkins, they ran out of dough so now I have to wait even longer. This place needs to fire and hire some new people. They gave me a free pizza for next time but I don’t think there will be a next time at this location.

Stopped by here to grab a quick dinner since I had a BOGO from one of the mailers. Ordered the King Arthur pizza– it’s loaded with toppings on a crispy flat crust. Also got a spinach gorgonzola salad to go. Everything taste fresh & great! Looks like I’ll be back to try out some of the items and might even pick out my own toppings next time.

Fallon Gateway shopping center is clearly still in development. We tried the BJs and well, you can see my review elsewhere. So I’ve been hesitant to try other places there, it’s just enough out of the way that I didn’t want to go. After a recent Little League jamboree Nate suggested heading over to Fresh Pixx — he and the kids had gone when it opened. I’ve been to Blaze and another such pizza place. You walk in and order exactly what you want and how you want it as you see all the fresh toppings in front of you. They slide it into a brick oven and bring it to your table asap. What is different: –yes, it’s owned by Round Table — frankly I don’t need it to be a unique pizza place. I don’t go to a place like this to get a unique experience. –The ambiance is the best of these sorts, nice booths, accouterments, nooks rather than an open cafeteria feel the others have. –beer and wine. Do the others sell beer and wine? I don’t know but I was glad for it here. –Salads on a pizza dough crust. I’ve had one like this at Tomatina. This is the first I’ve had anywhere else and it was tasty. note, my mom didn’t like the chinese dressing — but they give it to you on the side so that was easily handled. The service was friendly and welcoming, they said goodbye on the way out. SO, in conclusion, I’ll be back.

I thoroughly enjoyed my salad over flat bread last night. The make-your-own salad included five really good portioned toppings. I chose double chicken, double parmesan(it’s never enough) and carrots tossed with a light champagne vinaigrette. The salad was huge and came on freshly baked flatbread pizza crust. I ate the entire salad and was devastated I could only take a bite of flatbread. I just couldn’t eat another bite! My husband equally loved his Cobb salad(see pic) and Blue Moon beer. We will definitely be back.

This was pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t just a Round Table inside. The ingredients(both salad and pizza) looked a little higher quality. It wasn’t anything spectacular, but I would go back. The staff was friendly and we didn’t have to wait too long.

I’m actually a fan of Round Table (the parent company of this place) pizza and was excited to try Fresh Pixx. Located near the Outlet center, this is a good option pre-shopping. You can choose from a build your own pizza or salad OR they offer some Pre-configured options. I enjoy the concept of build-your-own pizza, but I wasn’t overly impressed with the ingredients’ options or execution. The toppings were fairly limited so the«pick 5» option is a waste, at least if you’re a vegetarian. The crust it self was dry and bland, while the sauce was not as flavorful as I am used to from Fresh Pixx parent company. However, it’s fresh and a good value if you’re in need of sustenance in the immediate area(there are not too many other options unless you head to downtown Livermore .) They could have been a 4 star, but despite my boyfriend and I ordering and paying at the same time, his order came out 15 minutes after mine. It was actually done and sitting at the counter, waiting for the server to bring it over to us. We would have never got it, if he didn’t walk up to the counter to look for it. The place wasn’t that busy so it’s not like his order got lost in the chaos. It was lazy and poor service. I might be willing to try it again and go for a salad, but only if I were in the immediate area.

Cool concept, just like Pieology(the extremely customized personal pizza). What I like best about Fresh Pixx is the freshness of their ingredients… however, if you’ve had Pieology before, I think their crust tastes much better than Fresh Pixx’s. Pros: convenient location, new building, nice, quiet/relaxing atmostphere. Fresh toppings and lots to choose from. I didn’t have much interactions with the staff so I can’t comment on that. Areas for improvement: the crust — wish it was crispier and thinner, and more flavorful. Would recommend they add some more garlic to their garlic oil sauce(or offer the option to), because last time I came, the garlic wasn’t noticeable. Overall, a nice place to get a yummy, customized pizza… expect to pay about $ 10-$ 12 for a personal pizza and a fountain drink.

Fresh Pixx is the personal pizza/salad joint for Round Table. It’s the Chipotle version of Round Table. You can either order a 5 topping custom pizza or order from their speciality pizzas. I ordered the King Arther’s special. For $ 8, it’s pretty good, but not as flavorful to deserve 5 stars. It looks kinda small but packs a punch. It could be used for two meals, if you have a small appetite. The restaurant is clean and fairly spacious. So, try at your leisure.

This place is «Pizza and salad by Round Table Pizza.» This place is comparable to Pielogy and Blaze pizza. It is chipotle style. You can either pick one of their specialty creations or you can create your own. They allow more topping choices than the other two places. I decided to create my own. I had garlic sauce, mozzarella 2 cheese blend, mini pepperoni, bacon, mushrooms, red onions, and olives. The food came out really quick. It was really good. Don’t expect this place to be like Costco where you can buy a huge pizza for your entire family. It is meant to be individual size, but I think one pizza can be split in between 2 people unless you have a really big appetite. What I like most about it is that it’s not a greasy traditional pizza. It’s more gourmet and healthy(depending on your toppings of course). I definitely recommend you giving this place a try!
