DONOT donate your stuff here. I just had a very bad experience. I brought a car load of items(all in very nice condition) that I unfortunately could not take with me because I was moving to Southern California. The initial drop off was terrible, three guys working did not help me carry the items, nor did we even get an acknowledgement. After leaving, I realized I had forgotten an item in my trunk. When I arrived 15 minutes later, I found many of my items in the trash. These were nice items in wonderful condition, for example a piece of art I originally paid about $ 40 for. There is a reason I decided to donate it instead of throwing it in the trash myself — because it is not trash. This was a slap in the face and very insulting. I will never donate anything to a goodwill again. Next time I’m going to salvation army or the hospice donation center.

I only went there to donate some old clothes and stuff laying around after my move to California. quick and easy drop off. Although i did learned that they didn’t take toys… now i have to figure out where i’m going to take my Son Goku, Majin Buu, and Vegeto Action Figures…

I came here today and gave a donation as well as bought a couple items. As I gave My donations I spoke with their employelyee Rodney, who was very helpful and made sure he helped me with the big bags i ahd out if my car. I then went inside and found that their manager Blake who greeted me And made me feel very welcomed. I told him I was looking and vases and he helped me find those and more. I really appreciate the customer service I experienced in this location and I will be sure to come here again for my donations as well as my shopping.

Simple concept. 1) I GIVE you a huge Costco bag full of 6 plus pairs of lightly warn shoes, quite a few clothes(a few w/tags still on them), a comforter from my guest room used less than 5 times, a winter jacket, coffee maker & other households items for FREE 2) You SELL the items that I gave to you for FREE to mostly folks that cannot afford to shop at non-second hand stores 3) You turn a PROFIT 4) You train you employees to politely say THANKYOU, since they are employed ONLY because people like myself GAVE you stuff for FREE 5) You provide me w/a receipt, so that as a home owner I can at the very least write my generous donation off Unfortunately, only 1, 2&3 happened. Never been inside the store & today was the one/only time I will ever step foot in the donation center. It was filthy & the employees were rude & oddly confused about their role at the facility. Never again. You can skip this place. Will be schlepping my donations to the local women’s shelter instead.

This review is based on my drop off. I recently moved so I had a ton of cute items to donate. As I was struggling to carry the items in to the store, I had to make 6 trips to my car, the men who worked there stared at me as if I was a caged animal in a zoo. They didn’t even help me open the door!!! As I kicked it open due to limited hand availability. They started giggling and I sarcastically said«thanks for all of your help!» on my way out… Second time I went. It was 9:00pm right on the dot as I drove up to drop off 3 small items. The guy inside saw me and walked away. When I dropped the stuff off the guy came back out and said«No drop offs!» I then said, «you can’t just take it? It’s only 3 items and I literally walked up as you were locking the door». He didn’t care and continued to say no no no. What a douche bag!!! So I ended up ignoring him like he ignored me and proceeded to drive off, with my stuff still outside the door.

Been donating to goodwill all my life. Last night was by far the worst donation experience I’ve ever had. Arrived with 3 guys working. Nobody came to help me unload my car. Not only did they make me carry my boxes in, I had to place it on the counter for inspection(a first). Then they went thru my boxes and gave me back the 5 or 6 items they very condescendingly indicated they would have no use for(Tupperware. Rainfall shower head. And travel neck pillow). It was as if they were indicating these items were Beneath them an how dare I try to drop them off. Won’t be donating again. I’ll go to salvation. army next time. Extremely uncomfortable.
