Now the 5 stars is mainly for the tech who serviced my phone. Kiley H. was everything customer service should be. There was a slight issue with the installation and she did not have a part that was needed to make the phone work properly (leaving out all the techie jargon) She said she can replace the phone in a couple days (not a problem) Phone was «ok» after about an hour the phone started acting up I contacted the tech and she said she would fix it next day although she was busy (very big day for her, sparing the details)
This alone was worth the high price of $ 135 for the service call and repair!
Also the CS Agent I spoke with in the beginning was also very friendly. Web site was easy to use!
Although the price is a high it is worth it, Normally this repair would cost about $ 70-​$ 100, so about right. I mean they come to your door, I hope this review helps!
