So glad I found this place. I’ve seen two different waxing specialists and they were both equally great! Very quick and as painless as possible. The salon is very clean and the staff is so friendly. I highly recommend. They also have a program where after 5 waxes, the 6^th is free. Definitely worth it.

I got a basic bikini wax and a brow wax done during the same visit. The salon is very clean and all of the employees that I spoke with were very nice and professional. Ashton was the one who waxed me, she was so sweet and made me feel very comfortable.

I’ve always had issues with my leg hair being impossible to get rid of no matter what. I’ve been to other waxing places before but this is the first time my legs have been hair free! Ada was absolutely amazing and I will definitely be going back to her in the future.

I booked an appointment with Jessica, she was awesome! I was a little skeptical when I saw that they said 15 minute Brazilians but my friend recommended the place so I went. I’m so glad I did, I was in and out in about 20 minutes, first time paperwork and payment time included. Overall the place is very clean and chic. The staff is all friendly and professional. The prices are reasonable and they also had deal a first-​time deal. I shaved a little over a week ago but she was still able to get me smooth even with a lot of thick black hair. I definitely will be going back again and totally recommend this place!

I will never go anywhere else to get my eyebrows done, I love how they take care of me when I come in and they do the best eyebrows ever. Other places will color in your brows right after they wax them which makes it hard to see the quality of work or check for imperfections. They go by appointments but they do their best to fit you In if you happen to walk in which is much appreciated, I made the mistake of going somewhere else only because my mom wanted to try this place in Pleasanton, I was not pleased with my brows and drove straight to lunchbox and was taken care of. They were able to fit me in and fixed my brows, I left so much happier and loving my brows.

This has got to be the cleanest waxing salon I’ve ever seen. Rachel was A-​mazing, super fast, she really makes you feel comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation! I liked her so much I immediately made another appointment for 6-​weeks out. I came with a friend who saw Ada, and she too had a good experience and also made another appointment. Yes, it’s a little pricy, but I will gladly pay extra for this beautiful, super clean salon. This place is great, and I would highly recommend it.

I was always curious to what this place was so I searched online and found it to be the last thing I thought– a place to get waxed! After my appointment with Ada, her friendliness, expertise and knowledge will have me coming back. She made sure I was comfortable and walked me through every step. Jessica rocks! She listens, communicates, and reviews whether you are happy with her service. She is always on time but you never feel rushed. I recommend her all of the time.

I recently went on vacation and wanted to get a wax before I went.
I found lunchbox online and after reading about the company philosophy, decided to book an appointment.
I have been getting waxes regularly for about a year, and have never had a cleaner, closer wax EVER!
My technician was Jessica. She was fantastic! Friendly, personable, and didn’t make anything awkward!
The technique lunchbox uses is unlike any other waxing I have ever had. Jessica explained that by going with the hair in small areas lessens breakage that cause ingrown hairs!
Of all of the years I have been getting waxed this is honestly the BEST wax I have ever gotten! It was clean, smooth, DIDN’T hurt, and left NO ingrowns! This is a miracle! — (not really… but it was amazing that it didn’t hurt and I got zero ingrowns!)
I would highly recommend lunchbox to anyone who is in the need of a precessional, clean, smooth wax! Plus Jessica was great!

Definitely found a gem! I had been looking for a new place to keep do my eyebrows and like many of you, I am very picky on who does them. I’ve had such horrible experience in the past, I Unilocaled I few places and came upon this place.
I looked over there website and booked an appointment for the same day online. Appointment was scheduled for 10:30, but as soon as I booked to the appointment I get a call letting me know unfortunately they had over booked over the phone and wanted to see if I could come in at 11:00. Definitely not a problem, things happen. I will say that I appreciated the phone call, rather than letting me get there and wait 30minutes. Kudos for that. We’re off the a great start.
I get there and the lady I made an appointment with (Sonia) was just amazing! From the moment I walked in the door to the moment I left she was just so welcoming. Being a first timer there, I had to fill out this simple form. No biggy, very simple took 2 minutes. Once I done, we went back to the room and they have the cutest set up. Dimmed the lights. Soft music playing in the background. Very relaxing. She knew exactly what I wanted. Making sure I satisfied with my eyebrows she had me check a mirror a few times. Very easy conversation (definitely hate when someone is making awkward conversation, that feels like forced.) she was truly amazing! Only thing bad part, is that the she is at the Dublin location for a temporary, as she works out of the alameda location, oh well I guess I’ll have to make that drive. Will definitely be worth it!

Got my FIRST Brazilian done. I think I had Ada and she made me feel very comfortable even though I was nervous and feeling awkward. ^_​^ Yes it was still painful. Yes I should have taken Advil. But the place is clean, the environment is friendly, and nothing is sketchy. Also, $ 25 off your first visit?! Yes. Please. Going back in a few days for a touch up before an upcoming trip and might even get my brows done. And nose. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Bottom line: worth it.

The wax was fine– good not great, but fast. But not great. Not too painful. But, not too great.
(It’s nice that it was fast, because, dang, I’m a busy girl and I don’t always have an hour to spare. On the other hand, I think things mighta come out a little cleaner if there had been some more time spent…)

I scheduled a last minute appointment today with Kayla. It was my first time getting a Brazilian wax, and my experience was totally great. Kayla was informative and very professional as well as explaining everything she did with me. She is why made my experience so awesome. I totally recommend seeing her, and I am definitely coming back to see her.

I came here for the first time with one of my girlfriends and wanted to try this waxing salon since the last Brazilian wax I had wasn’t that great. Lunchbox has a very modern set up that is super clean and it smell amazing inside. Even though we arrived 30 minutes before our appointment, Jessica was able to see me early! She was pleasant, quick, and easy to talk to. She cleaned me up pretty nice compared to other waxes I’ve had in the past. Probably the best I’ve had done. I highly recommend and I will definitely be back!
