I bought a mattress here once before and had a good experience, but that was a decade ago and things have changed. The place is dark and not all that attractive, and on top of that they only keep the most expensive mattresses out on the main showroom, to see anything on the cheaper end you have to go into their back stockroom next to an unkempt bathroom and concrete floor. On top of that, the salesman was very aggressive and used high pressure sales tactics to buy right now. They do offer free delivery and take-​away, and they are cheaper than some other places, and they will deal, but you can still get better deals out there.

The owner practically kicked us out for NO apparent reason other than being non-​white. I seriously can’t think of any other reason. Was extremely rude and unprofessional. We should have left the premises when we realized there wasn’t anyone at the store. Of course with the prices so ridiculously high too, I wonder who this business is for?

Check the tags of your mattress, it has a date on which the mattress was made. They are selling floor models and returned mattresses as new. Would never shop there, all matresses excluding serta are cheaper somewhere else, looking at almost a 300+$ markup on every other one.
