I highly recommend The Original Mattress Factory to anyone who is in the market for a new mattress. Since this was my first mattress buying experience, I wasn’t very well versed in the options available. I was quickly put at ease when Phil spent some time with me explaining basic mattress and box spring construction and what sets TOMF apart from mass market companies. It is extremely apparent that TOMF is proud of the product they produce and I am happy to support a local business with good ethics. The customer service was great, from the showroom to delivery. Two thumbs up. Looking forward to resting easy now!

My wife and I bought a department store mattress in ’96…one of the «3 S» brands. It was junk and sagging in four years. Being susceptible to radio advertising, Ron Trzcinski’s pitch influenced me and we bought an Orthopedic Pillow Top Queen in early 2000 when my older son was toddling on their showroom floor (this was the Roberts Road location).
We just (mid 2015) moved that mattress to our son’s room, whom is now 16 and started over with a new identical unit. We also recently bought two twins for our guest bedroom. The Sawmill store was friendly and efficient, as were the delivery guys.
I see some other mattress company saying «replace after 8» and how mattresses absorb sweat and other disgusting tales. Malarkey. I think you can go longer — much longer — if you purchase quality and take care of it.

These mattresses are not only made in the United States, but right in Columbus Ohio. You can not get more local then that.
Staff was extremely helpful, friendly encouraging you to test out all the mattresses to make sure it is exactly what you need. There are five different models of mattresses with different comfort levels to meet individual needs. The amount of choices were enough without being overwhelming. Mattress and box spring can be sold separately. A small delivery fee is attached to be price but we were promised quick delivery within two days of purchase. They will also take away your old mattress for five dollar upon delivery of your new bed.
