Nail Experts do a fabulous job, very professional friendly service. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years.

The only reason I went to this salon in the first place was because they are one of the few that are open later, as they are located within Tuttle Mall. Naturally I was a bit skeptical as I had never been there before. I thought all was going well until I realized that the older lady doing my nails maybe wasn’t as skilled or experienced as she had lead me to believe. I wanted a gel manicure with a red polish and a gold half moon design for the upcoming holidays.
I showed her the picture and she assured me that she could do «Whatever you want, no problem.» She nicked me 3 different times when using the dremel and was careless while using it. She didn’t even acknowledge the fact that I was jumping because she was hurting me.
When it came time for the polish I was reassured as it seemed that my nails would turn out alright as the red went on and looked great. Unfortunately however, her real lack of skill and care was then exposed when it came time to add the gold half moons at my cuticles. She selected a clear polish with small gold sparkles to achieve this look. After two coats of the gold sparkles and several attempts to clean up the lines with acetone she insisted that I was done. It seemed like she wasn’t able to achieve the design I requested so she just gave up, despite the fact that I was not satisfied. My nails look nothing like the picture I showed her, which is just about the simplest design you can do. If she knew she wasn’t capable of creating a basic design such as the one I selected she should have been fourth coming about it. I would have settled for plain red. I would rather have slightly less festive nails that look neat and tidy than the sloppy, glittery, unprofessional messes I have now. I will be making sure that I leave work a littler earlier today so that I can make it to another salon to have them fixed. I will not be returning.

Came for pedis on mother’s day with my mom. Place was clean and staff was nice. We both got service right away with no wait. Large polish selection and semi comfy chairs. Service was good but I think sonce my tech started like 3mins after my moms tech he was a little rushed to keep up with the other guy so we both were done at the same time. But it was all good. Nails came out beautiful and feet/​legs feel great. I will definitely be back :)

I have been getting my nails done for over 2 years now. I used to go to another salon every month, but they started getting too busy and even when I had an appointment I would have to wait too long.
I have been to Nail Experts the last three times of getting my nails done. I went for a pink/​white solar balance each time. I had three different people on each of my visits. The one I am reviewing today is for my third visit there, which occurred this past Saturday.
It was the 2^nd worst pink/​white solar balance I ever had in the last 2 years! Not only did the tech take SO long to do my nails, but they are terrible. I question whether she even knows the technique.
I will say that they seem to have 10 nail techs there at all times, and the first two I had do my nails there did just fine.
I am not sure if I will ever go back to this salon, if I do, I will avoid the tech who did my nails this last visit. I am not sure of her name, but would recognize her.

I will never go to this salon again. I had a pedicure, and the guy who did it was rude, never once smiling. He was very rough while doing my pedicure, and cut my nails so short, causing my feet to bleed. A pedicure is supposed to be relaxing, and the one I received was painful. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
