I ordered a desk and hutch set and the hutch was back ordered. Well after almost three months I called and found out it was never ordered properly. Ben the customer relations manager was awesome. He made sure to get it taken care of and remedy the situation immediately to my satisfaction. He took responsibility of his employees error. I could not be more pleased with how it was handled. This store truly knows the meaning of customer service.
